Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 @ 10Kgs/X sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-10 by weight by total mix to be laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with initial rolling using 8 to 12 tonne power roller followed by an intermediate smooth wheel pneumatic roller of 15 to 30 tonne having type pressure of 7 kg/sqm and the surface finished by final rolling with 8 to 10 tonne tandem roller, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-10 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) to make good the cut edges of roads etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat using VG 10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like not exc 10cm wide with road markig paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed. (Hot thermoplast and cold solvent based marking machines used for making of roads. They are used to mark straight as well as curved lines with accurate precision to eliminate human error. Thermoplastic paint material confirming to BS specifications is used as per IS:64, all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs solar delinator (1000x47mm) is made of polycarbonate & toughned aluminium alloy body with height 145 mm & dia 80 mm. It comprises of 4 super bright LED's which give 360 degree viewing having solar panel of 2.5 V, 120mm (approx), with 1.25 V rechargable battery (1 no.), including taking down old solar delinator and making good. Make : 3M or Equivalent of Dark eye or Sinor infrastructure.

Supply and fixing in repairs delineator ABS round body fitted with two nos. 100mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia duly powder coated, anti rust & anti theft steel net, including taking down old delinator and making good, (Model No. DA-952 GP of Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent of 3M or Dark Eye), all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for laying interlocking paver blocks, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape, size and pattern, conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, of M-40 grade with grey cement and pigments, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.
