Fixing only Street Light Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure.

Supply & Delivery of 12M Steel Tubular Pole (Swaged type) conform to IS -2713/1980 as per Pole designation:-410 SP -61 as overall length of 12mtr, approx. weight:- 245 Kg having sectional length [Bottom-5.80 mtr, Middle -3.10 mtr, Top-3.10 mtr ] with outside diameter & sectional thickness [Bottom -193.7 x 4.85 mm, Middle - 165.1 x 4.50 mm, Top - 139.7 x 4.5 mm] with S&f of all pole accessaries like base plate, cap,Nuts & bolts, GI earth bolt etc as per direction of EIC.. The pole will consist of a built-in loop-box having one 32A 4-terminal stud type connector, one 250V 5A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, it permits clear access to equipment like cables, socket, etc . The door opening shall be complete with a closefitting, vandal resistance, weatherproof door (to IP-55 of IS:2l47), providing with a heavy duty double internal lock with special paddle key. The door opening shall be carefully designed and reinforced with welded steel section .(Make :Transrail/Bajaj/Utkarsh/Subham as approved by E.I.C)

Supply & Delivery of 8.5M Steel Tubular Pole (Swaged type) conform to IS -2713/1980 as per Pole designation:-410 SP -19 as overall length of 8.5mtr, approx. weight:- 109 Kg having sectional length [Bottom-5.00 mtr, Middle -1.75 mtr, Top-1.75 mtr ] with outside diameter & sectional thickness [Bottom -139.7 x 4.50 mm, Middle - 114.3 x 3.65 mm, Top - 88.9.30 x 3.25 mm] with S&f of all pole accessaries like base plate,cap,Nuts & bolts, GI earth bolt etc as per direction of EIC.. The pole will consist of a built-in loop-box having one 32A 4-terminal stud type connector, one 250V 5A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, it permits clear access to equipment like cables, socket, etc . The door opening shall be complete with a closefitting, vandal resistance, weatherproof door ( to IP-55 of IS:2l47), providing with a heavy duty double internal lock with special paddle key. The door opening shall be carefully designed and reinforced with welded steel section. (Make :Transrail/Bajaj/Utkarsh/Subham as approved by E.I.C)

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length above-9M with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (600 x 600 x 1910mm), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly as per direction of EIC.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. Above 9.0 mtr pole.

(a) One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming.

(b) 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer.

(c) 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat.

S&F 50 mm. dia 1.5 mtr. long detachable type G.I. double arm bracket, suitable for pole head. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 15 mm. thick stifner plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. properly fixing arrangement with the pole by bolts, nuts and washer as per direction of EIC.(Make :Transrail/Bajaj/ Utkarsh/ Subham as approved by E.I.C)

S&F 50 mm. dia 2.0 mtr. long detachable type G.I. Single arm bracket, suitable for pole head. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 15 mm. thick stifner plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. properly fixing arrangement with the pole by bolts, nuts and washer as per direction of EIC.(Make :Transrail/Bajaj/Utkarsh/ Subham as approved by E.I.C)

Painting Block Letters or Digits within a circle/square as required, with ”Black Japan” paint of approved make & brand, the size of letters and digits as given below as per the direction of EIC. Size 50 mm and upto 75 mm.

Earthing the installation with 50 mm dia ISI (M) GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level by ISI Medium GI Pipe.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for Soft Soil.

Connecting the equipments body to earth bus including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supply & wiring using 3 core 1.5sq mm PVC insulated copper flexible cable, meticulously routed from the loop box to the fittings, ensuring reliable electrical connectivity [Make: Gloster/Polycab/RR Kabel/Mescab/Havells as approved by E.I.C]

Supply & Delivery of XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cable for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [Make: Gloster/Polycab/RR Kabel/Mescab/Havells as approved by E.I.C]

a) 4 Core 25 sq.mm

b) 4 Core 35 sq.mm.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/ Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench/Microtunnelling.

Cutting out patent stone / floor for embedding pipe and mending good all damages including concreting (4:2:1) and bringing the floor to original nature.

Labour for fitting and fixing U.P.V.C. pipes for underground work including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre and refilling the same complete as per direction of the Engineerin-charge.

Supply of heavy gauge 50 mm dia UPVC Pipe ( ISI) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials on existing trench as per direction of EIC. (make: as approved by E.I.C)

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

a) For 4 core 25 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

Supplying & fixing 80 mm dia medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium)Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required.

Microtunnelling of 150mm dia to facilitate cable entry, without disturbing /damaging the upper surface at a depth of 900mm below ground level incl. S & F of 150mm HDPE pipe (Mk.-Supreme)as directed by EIC.

Cost of charges for adhesive flurescent tape yellow(5cm width) colour preferably by three layers to be fixed to pole to prevent damaging the existing poles including S&F Fluorescent tape

SITC of outdoor type water proof double door Distribution Feeder Pillar box (1200 mmx900 mm x750 mm ) conforming to Indian Standard IS : 5039- 1969 with latest amendments,suitable for use on 3 phase 4 wire, 400/440 Volts 50 Cycles A.C. Supply and shall be suitable to be fabricated as per design & drawing to be approved by EIC. The Enclosure shall provide Degree of protection IP -66 respective Indian standard (IS). [Manufacturer/Fabricator having Test Certificates from CPRI] The body will be fabricated with 3mm thick MS plate, MS angle ( 50X50X5) & MS Flat ( 50X6 ). The top of the box will be fitted with a sloping canopy made out of 3 mm thick sheet steel. It will have double hinged door at the front and back with suitable locking arrangement (Godrej Type ) and provision for manual locking arrangement also. Provision for fixing of CESC meter ,Cut out etc at backside of the feeder pillar must be kept.

(h) Interconnection:-All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size flexible pvc insulated multistranded single core Cu cable and the same between busbar to each outgoing mains and & for metering arrangements are to be made by suitable size of Copper with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads

(j)Earthing Arrangement :-A separate continuous aluminum earth busbar of appropriate size is to be painted at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full load of the Feeder Pillar Box. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. strip. (k)The complete Feeder Pillar Box is to be spray painted after required surface treatment by 7 tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating. (l) Installation:- The complete feeder pillar box board is to be installed on suitable brick padestal as directed by the E.I.C. the pillar box has to be installed by grouting the brick foundation after cutting earth pit dimension 3"X2.5"X2' below ground level and 3 ft above ground level ramming the same properly with neat cement finish.

Note: (a) Defect Liability period for the total work excluding LED light fittings(sl. no.-1 and 2) will be 1 year. (b)The warranty for the LED street light fittings of BOQ Item Sl. No. 1.00 and 2.00 has to be provided for 5 years by the manufacturer/OEM, the certificate/certificates(in case of more than one manufacturers/OEMs) in respect of which has to be uploaded with tender documents by the bidder. The Sl. Nos of the Fittings must be mentioned in the Delivery challan on site along with the warranty certificate provided by the Manufacturer/OEM specifying the fittings with Serial number and date.

(c) The bidder should upload Technical Data Sheet (TDS) of fittings and Driver, LM79 & LM80 Test Report for the offered LED street Light fittings of BOQ Item Sl. No. 1.00 from the manufacturer's NABL accredited Laboratory/ any other NABL accredited Laboratory failing which the Bid may be rejected.

(f) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (g) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill. (h) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
