REPLACEMENT OF FILTER MEDIA OF IRP AT DOMESTIC PUMP HOUSE AT AF STN PURNEA UNDER GE (AF) PURNEA.

All as per Item no. 01 here-in-above including notes therein but of only Iron Removal Filter of overall size 2700 mm dia. & 2300 mm Height of 10000 GPH capacity at Domestic Pump House.complete all as specified and directed

Removal of foreign matters, cleaning & washing properly , screening and grading of old gravels (Filteration Media) of size 1/8" to 2". complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note:- Old serviceable gravels (Filtration Media) obtained from Serial Item No. 1& 2 here in above Shall be prepared for re use.

Removal of foreign matters, cleaning & washing properly ,of old PVC Strainer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note:- Old serviceable PVC Strainer obtained from Serial Item No. 1& 2 here in above Shall be prepared for re use.

Supply of new filteration media sand (cleaned) of 20 x 40 mesh from Barakar, hard and resistant, quartz or quartzite, free from clay, fine particles, soft grains and dirt of every description,conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only new PVC strainer for pressure filter as per existing size & shape. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply Only, Filtration Media Gravel , size 1/8" to 1/4",consisting of hard,rounded stones with average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 and free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind, conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply Only, Filtration Media Gravel , size 1/4" to 1/2",consisting of hard,rounded stones with average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 and free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind, conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply Only, Filtration Media Gravel , size 1/2" to 1.0",consisting of hard,rounded stones with average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 and free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind, conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply Only, Filtration Media Gravel , size 1.5" to 2",consisting of hard,rounded stones with average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 and free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind, conforming to IS 8419, Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only Activated carbon media in IR plant complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply Only, Manganese Dioxide (MnO2) media, approximate size 10 mm X 15 mm, with MnO2 contents minimum 65%, suitable for use in oxidation chamber, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Cleaning of RCC GROUND SEDIMENTATION TANK/Sump 25000 GALLON Capacity, Open Type, located at Domestic PUMP HOUSE by decanting Water, Scraping Internal Surface and Bottom of the Tank with Mild Steel Scrubbers/Brush, Rubbing down Scale, Dirt, Sludge, etc, Washing with Clean Water, Taking out and removing Mud, Dirts, Silts, Sand, Iron Deposits/Sludge, etc. from inside of the Tank and depositing at a distance not exc. 50.0 METRE away from the Tank, Washing Inner Surfaces with using Lime and Bleaching Powder and removing the same until Clean Surface is obtained including Cutting of Bushes, Plants, etc., Cleaning of Drains, surrounding Area up to 3.0 METRE, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. (NOTE : Periodicity for Cleaning of Tank is to be done half yearly.)

Cleaning of RCC OVER HEAD TANK 50000 GALLON Capacity at located at DOMESTIC PUMP HOUSE by decanting Water, Cleaning of Internal Surface and Bottom of the Tank by scraping with Mild Steel Scrubbers/Brush, Rubbing down Scale, Dirt, Sludge, etc., Washing with Clean Water, Taking out and removing Mud, Dirts, Silts, Sand, Iron Deposits/Sludge, etc. from inside of the Tank and depositing at a distance not exc. 50.0 METRE away from the Tank, Washing Inner Surfaces with using Lime and Bleaching Powder and removing the same until clear water is obtained including Cutting of Bushes, Plants, etc., Cleaning of Drains, surrounding Area, complete including inlet, outlet washout, overflow,pipe duly painted by different colour coding as per MES , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. (NOTE : Periodicity for Cleaning of Tank is to be done half yearly.)

M&L for preparing of Outer Surfaces of IR Plant TANK of PRESSURE FEED FILTRATION PLANT comprising of OXIDATION PLANT, PRE –FILTER, IRON REMOVAL PLANT of 15000/10000/2000 GALLON Capacity, located at Domestic PUMP HOUSE and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a coat of primer(as approved by Engr-in-Charge) with Spray Painting Machine,including Arrow marking on inlet & outlet pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for unscrewing of submersible pump from motor and rewinding of elctric motor 15/20 HP (submersible motor) with supper enameled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing drying with electrical furnace process and repair/replacing/ cleaning unserviceable impeller and all lathe work related to submersible pump and shafts including taking down burnt winding cleaning of stator and rotor including replacement of bush, bearing etc testing & commissioning, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
