Comprehensive maintenance and repairs including renewal/ replacement of defective parts including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and Over Load Warning Device (OLWD) at Bldg No - 7B where available of electrically operated passenger lift make M/s SUPRIYA ELEVATORS with a capacity of 6 passengers 408 Kgs for 4 stops / 4 landings, 0.65 M/Sec per single speed single push button control system with micro processor control system (152 flats Ragamalika Mogappair west ) ( 07 No lifts) ground floor and three upper floors. All as per Item No :3 here in before and including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and Over Load Warning Device (OLWD) at Bldg No 9 make M/s JAYABHARATH LIFTS ( 152 flats Mogappair west ) ( 01 No lift) Serial No/ SM No : SM No : 850/7008-LF/03B and 850/7008-LF/EM-01/03 LIFT MOTOR.

Note for item No 2 to 4 : (i) The spares/electrical items as listed in Sch 'A' Part II will be used whenever required only and measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items given in Sch 'A' Part II to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing of all moving parts on monthly basis. (iii) If spare parts of original make is not available in the market , necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by Engr-in-charge shall be used in the work so that lift will function smoothly . (iv) Cost of renewal of lift license by lift inspector from state Govt is deemed to be included in the quoted rate against Sl No 2 to 4 mentioned above.(v) Test certificate of each lift issued by Electrical Lift Inspector shall be produced,within three months from the date of commencement of work
