Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (As per DSR 15.56)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (As per DSR 8.31)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.4.1)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick (As per DSR 11.26.1)

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average)thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. (As per DSR 11.27)

Providing and fixing M.S.Angle iron farme of size 5'-4 1/2" x2'-5" (for fixing of I.R.C. fabric) having outer frame made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm with M.S. Flat 20x3 as beading to hold the IRC fabric in position. The M.S.Frame is welded to box type vertical post with two no M.S. ring of 3" dia made out of M.S. flat 40x5mm .The vertical box post of 3'-4.5" long made out with 2 no M.S. angle iron of Size 40x40x6mm welded to each other having 6" long hold fast of the same material at bottom are grouted on the top of boundary wall in PCC 1:2:4 of size 9"x9"x9" after making recess in existing boundary wall at the distance of 6'centre to centre.4" long M.S.pieces having sharpended edged made out of M.S. flat 40x5 mm are welded to the top member of the frame @ 3: c/c. It also includes the cost of two coats of first quality black paint (of duly approved brand) over one coat of steel primer as per Drg. First No. 309 Job No. M-16 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (N.S.)

Providing and Fixing IRC fabric 3"x1" of 10 gauge over existing M.S angle -iron frame with electric flash welding including painting two coats over one coat of steel primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge. (N.S.)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
