REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION LINES CI/GI/DI PIPES/MS WITH REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF SUBMERSIBLE MOTOR/BORE WELL STARTERS AND FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENTS ETC AT DMRL, RCMA, ATC DEVATALLAGUTTA, DSC LINES AMCC BLDG AREAS UNDER GE

Repairs to mono/centrifugal motor pump including replacing the impeller upto 7.5 HP mud pump and unserviceable parts viz bushes, gland cover with nuts bolts, gland rope, etc complete all as directed.

Repairs to submersible motor, electric driven, of any make and any type by rewinding the motor with same gauge and weight of PVC insulated copper wire and other required insulating materials and renewal of thrust plate, reassembling, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. of following capacities upto 12 HP

Repairs to submersible pumpset upto 14 stage, replacing the worn out spare parts with new spare parts, overhauling and greasing including testing complete all as directed.Note 1: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of spare parts required. Note 2(i):- Equipments like tripod and chain pulley block etc., are required for this job and the same shall be arranged by the contractor and the rates quoted is deemed to included for the same. (ii). Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Schedule 'A" as supply only.

M&L for rewinding of the electric motor of 7.5 to 15 HP capacity duly disconnecting electrical connections and taking down electric motor (mono block/ centrifugal) from the existing position and inspecting the same, transporting to workshop for repairs and bringing it back. Cutting and removing the burnt out winding conductors, rewinding the same with same gauge and weight of insulated super enamelled copper conductor and providing cotton insulated sleeves, varnishing, oven drying, refixing in position checking the alignment along with pump set connecting up with the electrical system, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

M&L for rewinding of the electric motor of 40/60 HP capacity duly disconnecting electrical connections and taking down electric motor (mono block/ centrifugal) from the existing position and inspecting the same, transporting to workshop for repairs and bringing back. Cutting and removing the burnt out winding conductors rewinding the same with same gauge and weight of insulated super enamelled copper conductor and providing cotton insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying, refixing in position checking the alignment along with pump set, connecting up with the electrical system, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 5 but 25/30 HP

S&F in repairs foot valve of 80 to 200 mm bore to underground sump including provision of new rubber gasket, bolts, nuts for fixing complete all as directed.

S&F leather ( approved quality) suitable for 80 to 200 mm bore foot valve after taking out the old unserviceable leather, including replacing of new nuts/ bolts & washers etc complete all as directed.

Taking out submersible pumpset of any capacity and type from the borewell of any depth for carrying out repairs including cleaning and applying one coat of anti corrosive paint and lowering the same in position and commissioning after carrying out the repairs as required complete all as directed. Note:- i) Rewinding of burnt out winding of motor and repairs to pumpset will be measured under relevant items of this schedule.

Repalcement of DOL starter suitable upto 10 HP submersible pump set of 3 phase including necessary internal wiring with suitable copper wire including testing and commissioning complete all as directed.
