Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of mud/ mud phuska in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leaping if any and cleaning the roof surfaces with wire brushes and removal of mud /mud phuska to a distance exc 250 M and n exc 500 M, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding including finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Ltrs/sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surfaces shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/sqm of grade 85/25 confirming to IS-73 (Grade S-35), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying 3 mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75 mm at sides and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer 30/40, all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. Contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water proofing treatment. 2.5% of workdone amount of this items shall be retained from the contractor payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of the work or in lieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said tory for 10 years which shall be released by GE on the expiry of satisfactory completion fo 10 years period, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 for laying PCC tiles etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre-cast PCC tiles machine pressed of size 25cm x 25cm x 20-22 mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound (for screed bed and grouting of joints) as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 150 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, with MS clamp, all as specified.

S&F 150mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 15 mm bore tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting; (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs, unions etc) and fixed to wall / ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors, complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 25 mm bore tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting; (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs, unions etc) and fixed to wall / ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair 500 litres capacity double layer, rotational molded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 20 mm size ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 1000 litres capacity double layer, rotational molded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 20 mm size ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated alumium rod and high density plastic ball complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 litres but not exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 litres but not exc 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes of capacity exc 250 litres but not exc 500 litres etc. including writing date of cleaning on the tank, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rates of material required for writng the date of cleaning are included in the rates of this item and nothing shall be paid extra.)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes of capacity exc 500 litres but not exc 1000 litres etc. including writing date of cleaning on the tank, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rates of material required for writng the date of cleaning are included in the rates of this item and nothing shall be paid extra.)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in lroof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment using Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality B, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allow to dry and applying a layer of Zinc rich epoxy primer as an anti rust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of binding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm. Total thickness of guniting not exc 40mm (Avg thickness) in cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 53 grade cement mixed with polycreate mixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finally applying cement plaster over guniting surface of required thickness to give even, uniform and smooth finishes confirming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces as in sides, soffits of the slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, linetls, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scafolding, shuttering, chasing to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 6 storied buildings including removal of all small trees/ shrubs etc , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 38 here-in-before but thickness of gunite exc 25mm but not exc 40mm (avg thickness), complete all as specified and directed.
