Dismantling the existing reinforced cement concrete and cleaning away the materials including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Providing and laying of Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 using 20 mm HBG metal for Transformer plinth top raft with necessary shuttering work. The rate includes the cost of materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete, but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing PCC 1:2;4 using 20mm HBGS jelly for Transformer plinth after application of Nitobond Epoxy adhesive over the old concrete.The rate includes the cost of materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete, but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providng steel reinforcement for RCC works including cost of steel, cutting, bending, tying or welding, fixing in position etc., complete.

Removing & re fixing of 90 lbs MS Rails including cost of materials ,labour, transporting, cutting charges, lead, lift etc., complete.

Making through holes in Plain or Reinforced Cement Concrete with Diamond Core Drilling System by using BOSCH power tools of 20mm dia for dowel rods to hold fast the new concrete with the old concrete and fixing 20mm rod of necessary height, supply of epoxy grouting chemical to hold fast the rod, including cost of hire charges of drilling machine, labour etc complete.

Plastering the RCC works in CM 1:3 12mm thick for concrete and brick surface including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, curing etc., complete.

Painting two coats with best quality cement paint of approved quality and colour over a primer coat and putty over cement plastered surface including cost of all materials , leads, lifts, labour , scaffolding, necessary cleaning, preparing the surface, curing etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed.
