Survey Work, Hydraulic Design and As-Built Drawing: Conducting route survey under the scope of AMRUT 2.0. The survey includes along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals , and at each crossing & junction of road, change of alignment by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. GPS, Total Station / DGPS and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD and GIS format as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & Intake Barge at Subansiri River, important land marks in both side of the roads, habitation by hatch mark and submission of 6 (Six) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works, As built drawing & other related sites of proposed areas in GIS Layer, .shp file layers, in projection (Latitude & longitude). The location of completed works and alignment shall be marked in the drawing and it shall represent true locations at site as directed. Survey Work also Includes Household survey for finalizing house survey connections- Entire water supply scheme under AMRUT 2.0 avoiding duplicity of Household Connection of Water Supply already provided by schemes other than AMRUT 2.0 & Hydraulic Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specificationsing and modelling of proposed water supply main lines, distribution system, and structural Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications of components (if any) included in proposed water supply system completely in all respect. Any changes as required after re-Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specificationsing (if needed) the system shall be informed to the Engineer-in-Charge and after approval shall be executed. Entire project area as directed as per EPC mode of contract.
Floating Barge: Design and drawing, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of MS Floating Barge with Pointing facing with fixing of barge to pillars, life saving items, barge anchorage etc constructed inside the river for anchoring of barge allowing only upward and downward movement during increase and decrease of river levels and any other as directed by the Engineer-in charge.
Gabion Structures: Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Providing and constructing gabion structures as per IRC:SP:116-2018 recommended for erosion control, river training works and protection works having minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and conforming to relevant IS code any other as directed by the Engineer-in charge.
Supply, delivery at site with necessary packing, receiving, third party inspection, unloading, shifting, storing, installation, testing and commissioning of Horizontal Centrifugal Split Casting Raw Water HSC Pumps with motor as per IS 12615-2011 or amended up to date, CI casing and casing ring, SS 316 impeller, SS 410 Shaft and shaft sleeve, coupling guard, common base plate, foundation bolts etc. complete with all respect including commissioning as per the specification any other as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Railway crossing: Supply and Pushing of MS casing pipe of specified thickness by trenchless method adopting micro-tunnelling or any suitable mechanical technology or technology approved by Railway below ground at all depth under running traffic condition as per railway standard including carrying out survey work at the job site for determining underground cable trenches like telephone, cable, water & sanitary lines and resistivity test for finding the soil strata using necessary equipment’s for completion of works, mobilizing of machineries and specialized crew at the job site complete in all respect, including excavation of driven pit and exit pit (upto 3 metre depth) with proper protection at three sites with shoring sheets and ISMB's. Providing MS cutting edges for front shield and Constructing thrust bed at designated level. Necessary de-watering and providing concrete foundation at the base of the driven pit, PVC/Rubber saddle as per the requirement of Railway Authority, crane for handing of pipe and any other machinery, tools, and tackles required, construction of temporary works as per requirement and as per approved by railway authorities, specification and the direction of the Engineer. (Protective coating/ lining if done that will be paid extra) Note- 1. Manual Pipe jacking is not permitted for workmen safety reasons. 2. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payable.

Trial run, Commissioning and Disinfection: Trial Run, Commissioning and disinfecting of CWPM, delivery mains and distribution pipe line by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected consumers end, tested in the laboratory (preferably NABL) and any relevant works as directed.
House Service Connection and Non - AMR Meter (AMR Enabled) including Water Meter Chamber & all relevant accessories: Providing and making house service connections from water supply distribution HDPE pipe line upto water meter chamber inside the property using HDPE (Class-PE 80) PN 6 composite pipes for upto 5 metre length. Operation and Maintenance under AMRUT 2.0: Drawings with technical specifications and build period to the end of operation and maintenance period: Operation, maintenance, APDCL charges for Power Consumption, repairing of pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of W ater Treatment plants pumps and motors, pumping stations, Barge at Intake including, mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories and systems, it also includes activities for maintenance of campus development, administrative building, laboratory, horticulture, etc. and all works related to plant operation as per scope of work and specification and performance indicator and other relevant works (if any)meter reading, billing of water supply system through regular water supply in DMAs/Zones from service reservoirs to consumer water meter points as per specifications & employer's requirement including consumables, disposables & excluding power charges from date of commissioning up to completion of Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications build period as directed by Engineer In Charge.
