REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FAN HOOKS IN TRV POWAI AND CORA POWAI BUILDINGS, MUMBAI UNDER GE DAMAN

(Note - (i) Work to be carried out on GL to 22th floor (Iincluding terrace of buld) from ground levels (ii) Rate for scaffolding and safety system for labour are included in quoted rates by contracter.) (iii) Safety Net and Water proofing covering materials shall be arrange by contracter while working at site and it will be deem fit in quoted rates by contracter. Supply and fixing galvanised steel tubing 50mm bore “medium grade” with all fittings complete fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid in floors fixed with anchor bolt,welding,riveting,flats and other requered arrengments complete all as specified and directed.(Make:Jindal)

M&L cutting where reinforcement is cutting through opening in cement concrete walls (any description) foor door,window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings,including trimming surfaces to receive rendering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span,cills,steps,seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses,string courses,lacing cources,parapets and railings upto 60cm in height,copings,kneelers,apex stones,bed plates,water throughs and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preperation of new/old surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 3.0mm thick wallcare putty complete all as specified and directed.(Make: Asian)

M&L for preparation of new/old steel surfaces of any descriptrion over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surface complete all as specified and directed.(Make: Asian)

M & L framed work such as grills,grating etc. with ends of bars shoulded and /or riveted or forget into spikes framed gurd bars barred iron doors,ladders framed balusters,walk way,railings frame work of water tanks,flats in any thickness,gurders of any section and similar work and for portions framed and hung as gates inclubing pintle hinges,stops,hand-made sliding bolts,etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde-165,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F M.S Plates Fe 410w Gde E-250 quality A (Plain or chequered) channels,squre cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,cutting any size as per site requirment without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for ready made clamp for fixed around 50mm bore of pipe stack clamps for fixing of ceiling fan made up from 5mm flat iron and round iron stays,including heavy bolts and nuts at bottomm and top to hold the clamp to pipe and hold the weight of ceiling fan and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for running welding 6mm but n.exc 9 mm in repair to existing old/new member of steel frame,support, as per site condition at any height at any floor of bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removal of ceiling fan from its existing location in bldg No 16 ,19 and Bldg No 12 in Powai and refixing it to new assigned location by use of new fan nut bolt, fan rod of existing length at site and fan canopy and clampin pins properly including connection through 1.5 sqmm FRLS cable from nearest ceiling rose to ceiling fan properly all as directed by engineer in charge.
