To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e.,2021-22, 2022-23 ,2023-24 ,2024-25 & 2025-26 Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 19.87Lakhs
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2021-22, 2022-23 ,2023-24 ,2024-25 & 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of CD/Culvert/Bridge work of value not less than Rs. 9.93Lakhs
The tenderer should be a KPWD registered Class IV and Above Contractor
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity equal to (AxNx2.5 - B) A equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. 0.5 Year where B equal to Value at 2026-27price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.5 Year form the probable date of Award of this contract.

The Box Culvert is proposed across local nala of Belagavi Taluka Belgaum District
2) CONNECTIVITY
Karadiguddi-Sampgaon village
Since existing bridge is Pipe culvert 1.20m dia 2numbers damaged during heavy rainfall, it is proposed to construct box culvert across nala.
4) DESIGN ASPECT
A New Box Culvert bridge is designed with a span of 2.0m x 2.0m -1 vents considering the Highest Discharge of Cathment area Method and area velocity Method as per Indian Standard Codes & Approach improvments is proposed for achiving Ruling Gradient. It is proposed to improve the curve as per IRC
6) PROVISION FOR IMPROVEMENTS
Deck Slab bridge of 2.0 x 2.00m-1 vents as per catchment area.
The rates adopted are as per provided SR for the year 2023-24 KPWD SR Rates.
8) CONSTRUCION MATERIALS
Locally available materials such as Gravel, Trap stone,Jelly of good quality are consiidered
9) COST OF PROJECT
The cost of the improvement of said work is 25.00 lakhs
10) MODE OF EXECUTION
