Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation laying poles, stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cables in soft/ loose soil and getting out, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Dry sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2.Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L Sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing, PVC insulated and FR, PVC round sheathed, aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cable of size 6 Sqmm (multistranded) complete all as specified

S&F 15mm dia PVC pipe, heavy duty fixed to pole complete all as specified

Taking down of existing street light fiitting any type and S&F LED street ight fitting 60 W LED, 5700K pressure die cast aluminium housing ,heat resistance toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection complete fixed on existing poles on existing/New bracket and making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:New bracket and PVC wire will be paid and measured separetly under respective item of schedule/BOQ where directed)

M&L for bracket in replacement for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5 metre long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for factory made sheet metal enclosure out door type fabricated out of 2.4 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated dust and vermin proof having entry from lower side with cable gland for XLPE cable of size 25/16 Sq mm 4 core with aluminium bus bar three phase and nautral current carrying capacity of aluminium bus bar should be upto 63 Amps mounted on poreclain insulator complete with operating voltage 415 volts, 50 HZs including one number MCB of capacity 6 amp for street light mounted in sheet enclosure prewired with minimum 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor cable with lugs including locking arrangement complete and enclosure fitting on pole with clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Size of sheet metal enclosure and bus bar size as recommeded by manufacturer minimum size 300x 160 x 250 mm.

M&L Automatic street light timer switch single phase 3kW, 230 V Swadeep-02EC 3 kW1P model as a pole mountable SMC enclosure consisting of Nature Switch-02 as the controlling unit, Power Contactor(s) & MCBs 25 Amps (both Input-Output) of suitable power rating and Copper wiring (min.10 sq.mm.) with proper lugs & terminal blocks. The SMC enclosure comes complete with open able door and mounting clamps. The SINTEX make enclosure is made of UV stabilized, FR grade special moulding compound and it is Rust proof, Electric Shock proof, Termite proof, Outdoor mountable conforming to IP54 .Make : Swadeep-02EC 3 kW1P or equivalent in Hager/ L&T all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
