M&L Returning filling in hard/dense soil, in trenches and floor level raising etc including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated earth/Malba to a distance exceeding 1.5 km and not exceeding 5 km depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm broken bricks deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Damp proof course 40 mm thick to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 as in plinth beams, roof beams,cantilevers, lintel beams over 1.5 metre span etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to sides of soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilever shelves for for fair finishes surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length & bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than on 0.9mm dia or securing with clips including binding of bars for beams, footings, slabs etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc. complete complete all as specified and directed.
