Supply and fix All in One solar LED street light 30 W with lumen capcity 150 Lum/W complete with minimum 48WP Mono-Crystalline Solar Panel, Battery of minimum -24Ah, 12.8V Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery, MPPT Solar Charger Controller capacity 12 V, 5 A, Inbuilt BMS technology,Material Housing – Aluminium Extruded LED, CCT - 5700 K, Dynamic Dimming function, Conforming to LM 79 for light,IP 65 standards, IEC 61215, 61730 -1&2 for Solar Panel and IEC 62133-2 :2017 for Lithium battery with necessary fittings incl supply, Autonomy-02 days with differential erection and fixing of 7 Meter high Hot Dip Galvanised (HDG) Octagonal Pole with Top Dia 70mm and bottom Dia 130 mm with pole shaft thickness of 3mm, base plate 200mmx200mmx12mm, hole dimention 24x32mm, with single arm bracket of length 1500mm with 4 number foundation bolts EN8 grade of size M20 x 600 mm long J type as per OEM's directions etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: (i) The contractor shall furnish original bill certificate Purchase voucher, test certificate and warranty certificate of the street light from manufacturer. (ii) Quoted rate inclusive of Replacement Warranty for the period of 2 Years for street light and 10 years for solar panel . (iii) Installation shall be done in the presence of OEM rep. (iv) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the Street lights is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Make of Solar light fitting- Cat Part No. Solar BSZSL 30 W LED Premium 150 LM/W or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification. Make of HDG pole- Cat Part No. BOP-7030 or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles,street light, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for providing cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 ( 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for providing cement concrete Type C1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .
