Supplying & fixing of 1 number 3 rows deep heat-exchanger condensor coil of existing precision a.c. unit (capacity 15.5kW) made-up of copper-tubes & aluminium fins complete with headers, pressure-relief valves and other associated accessories & safeties i/c dismantling of old coil from the cabinet of outdoor-unit.
Supplying & fixing of 1 number 3 rows deep DX type evaporator cooling coil of existing precision a.c. unit (capacity 15.5kW) made-up of copper-tubes & aluminium fins complete with headers, distributor and other associated accessories & safeties i/c dismantling of old coil from the cabinet of inoor-unit.
Supplying & fixing of following accessories of rating suitable for the above rated precision a.c. units including cutting, jointing, brazing, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required: a) Thermostatic expansion valve
b) Strainer cum drier
Supplying, laying & fixing of following accessories including cutting, jointing, brazing, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required: a) 7/8" soft-annealed copper refrigerant pipe.
b) 5/8" soft-annealed copper refrigerant pipe
c) Kinifoam insulation
Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of switchgears & controls required for operating condenser, motors, fans, compressors etc. for precision a.c. unit of 31kW nominal cooling capacity including associated power/control wiring.
Nitrogen pressure testing of one circuit comprising of refrigerant piping i/c cooling coil, condenser coil and other accessories of precision a.c. unit i/c attending leakages found, if any, and again pressure-testing the entire circuit etc. complete as required.
Vacuumizing, after nitrogen pressure testing, and charging with sufficient quantity of R-22 refrigerant, one circuit comprising of refrigerant piping i/c cooling coil, condenser coil and other accessories of precision a.c. unit to ensure proper cooling and maintaining the designed temperature conditions inside the switch room complete as required.
Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of microprocessor controller suitable for precision a.c. unit including associated wiring, connections etc. complete as required. The controller shall be capable of controlling various parameters of the precision a.c. units and shall have various display features such as LP/HP, temperature, voltage, phase-sequence, trip indications, reset features etc.
Less dismantled material will be the property of the contractor.
