Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and gatting out hard /dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as item no 2 for each additional 1.5 m or part there of in depth beyond the first 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M/L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in bond stone set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - The quantitiy of bond stone used in the wall shall be deducted from stone masonry .

M&L for providing reinforced precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in cover slab for manholes & septic tanks with plane face set in CM (1:6) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs. 0.00
