Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 03 above but for cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core Note for serial item No. 03 to 04: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as directed.

M&L for making the horizontal boring under road and hard standing suitable for laying and inserting pipe upto 100 mm dia any length by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore complete with all fittings for cable and earth continuity strip protection laid in trenches/fixed to poles/along wall/under road/across the drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel of any discription and size including demolition of PCC foundation and all connected accessories such as MCCB/Cubical type switch /Measuring instruments /indicating lamps etc complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box of any discription and size including demolition of PCC foundation and all connected accessories complete all as directed.

Supply , Fixing , installation, commissioning and testing LT junction box (feeder pillar box) cubical type of size 60cm x 40cm x 30 cm, 415 volts for outdoor use made of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated ,machine pressed front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 4 strip of size 30 mm wide and 6 mm thick and 01 No of MCCB 63 Amp, 16 KA, 4 Pole fixed thermal magnetic range with provision of hole on bus bar for fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed.

Demolitiong of old earth pit and Material and Labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32mm X 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
