Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces with water proofing compound, complete all as specified ( Note : WPC will be paid seperately )

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces with water proofing compound, complete all as specified ( Note : WPC will be paid seperately )

Taking down cement plaster on ceiling surfaces, scrubbing down with water etc and applying 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3), finished even & smooth without using extra cement on concrete surfaces with water proofing compound, complete all as specified ( Note : WPC will be paid seperately )

Supply only integral water proffing compound

Demolition of reinforced ( reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolition ) not exc 15 cm thickness as roofs floor, beams, staircases, landings, chajjas and similar suspended works complete as specied and directed

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams , beam haunching girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced concrete ( nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Fins, fascias, lovers, parapets and railings exc 60cm in height, newels, balustrade and the like complete all as specified and directed

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips,

M&L for applying 2mm thick wall care putty over newly plastered surface, complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper (of approved quality & tint) over primer of newly plastered surafces of wall using painting roller, complete all as specified. Make-Asian

M&L for applying two coats of Apex Ultima exterior dust proof paint (of approved quality & tint) on new surface of wall over one coat primer by spray painting, complete all as specified.Make-Asian

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings & apply two coats of white wash, complete all as specified.Make-Asian

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls with scrapping/sand papering of existing surface with the help of mechanized sanders of Berger Paints Xpress painting sanding machine or equivalent make (having mechanical vaccum machine with bag for dust collection to make surface even and smooth) all as directed.

M&L for applying 2mm thick wall care putty over old prepared plastered surface, complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper (of approved quality & tint) on old treated surfaces of walls using painting roller, complete all as specified.Make-Asian

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm or 75mm mm bore..

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed, in any length with solvent cement joints fixed to walls/laid in floors including stack clamps of stainless steel with bolts & nuts etc .

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm single socketed, in any length with solvent cement joints fixed to walls/laid in floors including stack clamps of stainless steel with bolts & nuts etc .

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing with solvent cement 75 mm dia complete.
