Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours, shades of size 300 x 450 mm as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 300x450 mm.

Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound , laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying ready mixed wall putty (JK / Birla) of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine sand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Supplying fixing and commisioning of Suguna / Texmo / Sharp 1 HP monoblock pumpset slow speed single phase motor. The rate include the cost of pumpset, pumpset fixing in position and test run etc.complete.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required - white vitreous china flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade I type II, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P.brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings- Pre - laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of5.50 mm thickness.

The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing .- with 15mm thick tegular edged light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles.

Repair works to the existing doors and windowsby chase cutting, Planning the wooden doors & windows etc, Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing suncontrol film of approved make, the rate to include the cost of adhesive compound, labour for fixing and transportation etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer – in- charge.

Providing and Fixing CP brass Towel ring 150mm dia (Benelave make-model No75113).The rate includes the cost of materials, fixing charges and tranportation charges etc., complete.

Removing the existing colour wash by using scrapping machine, wire brush and other proper tools upto floor five level to ensure the surface free from loose particles, deposits, dust etc, complete as directed by the Enigineer-in-charge.
