Providing and fixing of wooden flooring of a class laminated wooden flooring (8mm) thick fixed on foam with proper resin material as per sample (MF-84 AC-4 with beading and door profile. 3*15-0*11-0=495.00 sfts and 2*8*6=91 sfts.

Removing and refixing of furniture and other materials from rooms etc. and disposal of disentailed materials like brick bats, waste, slush etc near stair steps and other materials for access for execution of all work by way of engagement of labours as per actual.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement-based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinkable priming coat to give an even shade.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.
