M & L Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) 25 mm thick as subbase of flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base of CM 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified an directed.

-ditto- all as per item above but 15-18 mm thic kota stone in skirting on vertical surface over 10 mm thick rendering surface finished even and fair to receive stone in cement mortar 1:4

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position all as specified

Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but all as specified.

M & L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agrregate) solid blocks exc 10cm in width having minimum compressive strength of 50 kg/sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part I) 2005 and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down of chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handles and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars devetailed or welded

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 for fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces wall finished even & smooth with without using extra cement.

Material and labour Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 for fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces wall finished even & smooth with without using extra cement.

M & L for new surface of wall by wand washing including perpration of surface by applying a thin layer of wall putty (JK or Birla) and applying two coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of external new plasterd surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing and cleaning and applying a coat of primer and two coats of antifungal paint all as specified.

M & L Painting and preperation of new wooden surfaces applying pink primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over 10cm width or girth all as specified and directed.

M & L for plates (Plain or chequired) channels, square cut or notched (Ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachement Fe 410 inculding fixing with riveting, bolting or welding as directed by Engr in Charge

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches/DB's off size from their position and removing materials from site all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down existing sub main wiring with aluminum conductor cable of 2 of 4/6/10 sqmm with GI earth wire on and including wooden batten and removing materials from the site and making good distrubed surface of walls and and roofs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
