The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters,2nd class Hard wood open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified.

S & F Anodised aluminium powder coated of any colour( thickness of powder not less than 50 microns) window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.),hinges type B-21 100mm long (2no.) suitable handle ,(01 no.) complete all as specified.

S & F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters fixed type without sash bar, powder coated of any colour ( thickness of powder not less than 50 microns). Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in verticle surfaces joinfree with rectified edges with glazed first quality of size 300 x 600mm or bigger size 7 mm thick as approved set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar in CM 1:3 for Dado etc., complete all as specified. Note for skirting only Skirting may be provided from the same tiles as being used in the floor of same room to match in lieu of economy finish tiles but nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Non Skid Ceramic joinfree tiles {Non Skid finish/ Matt superior finish 7 to 8 mm thick with rectified edges, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 400mm x400 mm x6 to 7 mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4, over 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F Vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa patten size 580 x 440 white with integral foot rests and jointing to 'P' trap with cement joint and to flushing pipe/ anti-syphonage pipe, etc, (but excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) fixed in repairs i.e., incl taking down carefully & removing old unserviceable Water Closet any pattern complete and making good to floor in CM 1:3 and removal of unserviceable material from site all as specified and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (Pedestal Pattern), white including white plastic seat cover with mild steel CP hinging device, suitable brass CP wash jet with 1.00 to 1.50m long tube, including making connection to inlet flush pipe, & to 'P' or 'S' drain trap, incl supply of long special 'P' or 'S' trap fixed in repair complete and making good the disturbed portion etc. and removal of unserviceable material from site all as specified and directed.

Vitreous China urinals 465mm x 355mm x 265mm, bowl type (back or corner wall type) complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2) securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement , fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe gratings and union for discharge pipe, fixed in repair and removal of unserviceable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous china wash hand basin white flat back size 550 x 400 mm including PVC waste pipe 32 mm bore and CP Waste coupling with and incl a pair of suitable mild steel brackets, fixed all in repairs, including cutting for or pinning in and making good disturbed portion as reqd and removal of unserviceable material from site complete all as specified .

PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level 10 ltr capicity Dual Flush Mechanic incl, PVC flush pipe 32 mm bore and mild steel brackets of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm, oval all length 20 cm with red-oxide primer complete all as specified incl taking down any type of flushing cistern and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:3 and removal of unserviceable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 450 to 600 mm long PVC connection with brass nuts on both ends for 15mm bore pipes of approved quality complete and fixed in repairs i.e., incl taking down & removing old unserviceable PVC connection any size from site complete all as specified and directed,

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 using WPC on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces on walls etc., finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge . Note: - Supply only WPC Shall be measured & paid separately as per manufacturers instructions.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces on walls etc., finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling/ Chhajjas finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Repair to RCC ceiling, sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, roof slab and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed. Note : The extra area of 300mm around the actual affected area will be checked and repaired and only repaired portion will be taken for measurement.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as cement base paint, external emulsion etc from external surfaces of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder including removal of waste material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Applying acrylic wall care putty in external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) as per manufacturer instructions by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering work, internal emulsion etc from internal surfaces of walls & ceiling with mechanical means/grinder including removal of material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) as per manufacturer intructions by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of lime white wash on ceiling surfaces all as specified.

M & L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall etc., and applying one coat of lime white wash on wall surfaces all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling etc., and applying one coat of lime white wash on ceiling surfaces all as specified and direcetd.

M&L Plastic dividing strips 38 mm wide and 1.5 mm thick laid and fixed in position for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded agg) as in shelves/ chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars of 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required and binding with and incl MS (annelead) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits & sides of shelves/ Chhajjas and the like fair finished complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, PCC Khurras, coping on parapet wall, mud stops, steps small sumps and like items slightly rounded or chamfered on the edges all as directed by Engr-In-charge

Racking out joints , hacking for key incl removal of all grass, vegetation growth from roofs etc., and M & L for flush pointing to roof tiles/ terracing in cement mortar 1:3 including grouting of joints and removal of unserviceable debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work including all quains and arches pillars etc built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and removal of unserviceable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class 'B' old size bricks staight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean raidus complete all as specified and directed

50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm grade aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

Supply only liquid water prooing compound

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mass concrete, sub base, surface channels etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for Rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block(available in different colour for making patterns) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with gray cement and pigment laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.
