Excavation in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm( three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (a). Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(B).columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan in any height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(C). beams cantilevers girders and lintels side and soffit of beams ,beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in any depth / heights /thickness including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand :Three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)( Twenty milimetre) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

(B). columns, pillars, posts and struts up to all heights complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(c). suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level/height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including ,bending binding,straightening and placing in position complete in all floor level/ heights including cost of binding wire complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) upto all height 1st Class Bricks including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure 1:6 (1cement:6sand) up to all height including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and heights. 1st class bricks.

Providing and fixing double steel windows side hung, top hung and fixed glazed and wire gauge of standard rolled steel section joints mitred and welded and manufactured or relevant ISI standard specification with 16x3.15mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 cm size in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size with wooden steel plugs or screws rawl plug opr with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of projected lugs handles prestaged bolting and fixing 5mm thick glass panes with special metal putty of approved make for glazed windows and wire gauge of IS designation S.S. 85 G with metal beading complete and frame with ISLC 75mm x 40 mm size mild steelTee of 20mm x 12mm for fixing glass pans, angle size 20mm x 20mm and flat size 20mm of Z steel angle 20mm x 12mm or fixed portion as per standard drawings including priming coat of read lead paint and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential complete in all respect as per instruction of the weight of z section should not be less than 1.60 kg per mtr. including M.S handles 150mm and tower bolts 200mm required complete in all respect including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

15mm (fifteen milimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough side exterior cement plaster on wall upto all height with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone graded from 6mm to 12mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in two coats,backing coat 10mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)and finishing coat 10mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)mixed with 10% finely grounded hyderated lime by volume of cement including arriss,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth. Natural cement finish using ordinary cement. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth and cement primer complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters:- With white enamel paint.or other than white including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size) under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing i Dome shape with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60 mm Thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.
