Material and labour mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing etc. including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire fencing/ chain link fencing etc flat iron fillets, sag rods (for securing chain link fencing etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified

Material and labour chain link fencing, plain mild steel galvanised wire 4mm dia galvanised steel wire considering minimum weight 2.95 kg/ sqm and mesh size 50mm x 50mm any size or type complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9.00 but applying one coat on old surface.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on brickwork or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor toppings concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position conforming to design complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub floors, sub base, hard standing, concrete surfaces finished even & rough to receive topping floor finish/layer all as specified & directed.

Material and labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping etc, rounded or chamfered on edges of interlocking tiles complete including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling, soffits of RCC shelves including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of exterior plastic emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer complete all as manufacturer’s instructions and directed

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100mm size mild steel butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled and fixed with screws/welded to frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS barrel tower bolt 200mm long stove enameled black with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS pressed handles, oval type, stove enameled black 150mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/ metal frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n. exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 47.00 but applying one coat on old surface.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated/ treated surface of walls including removing existing treatment by rubbing, scraping, washing and applying two coats of exterior plastic emulsion paint over one cost of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, stair cases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, roof padding, roof slope etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound in the proportion as recommended by the manufacturer, including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proof compound shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ.

Material and labour 3mm thick superior multi polymeric water proofing treatment of weight not less than 3 kg/ sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consisting of 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layer. The superior multi poluplus shall be laid after preparing the surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve as smooth surface over and including a coat of bitumen primer 9Manufactured by Sivan Tar Products0 @ 0.30 ltr/ sqm over and including a coat of hot applied blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/ sqm. The overlaps between super multi plus are minimum 10cm seam in width/ lengthwise complete all as specified and all as per manufacturer’s instructions. Make: Shalimar Tar Products/ IWL Ltd/ Torchar.

Material and labour repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, fascia etc by necessary preparation, scarping, cutting, chiseling de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with expended metal/ welded mesh of weight exc. 2 kg per sqm but n. exc. 3 kg per sqm with ot without facia and finished with cement and sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n. exc. 5 sqm each and thickness of RCC member n. exc. 70mm including necessary form work and applying two coats of cement base paint of tint matching with the existing surfaces; work in buildings of any height as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repair to steel rolling shutters system of any size and any description including repairing of ball bearing, top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, gear operated system, crank handle, chain wheel and hand chain including necessary welding, greasing etc and making good the shutters complete serviceable all as per existing pattern as specified
