Painting external wall surfaces, roof top etc. with luxury/ high performance 100% acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint having weathercoat / weatherproof/ dust proof, anti- fungal/anti-algal properties, having silicon additives/PU serum with paint of approved colours/shades applied in two or more coats including scrubbing the surfaces, cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust, filling cracks with Crack filler, including curing necessary scaffolding, painting bays band, chajjas, grooves, making good the wall, floor, ceiling etc. complete as directed. All tools, plants, labour materials, etc. complete. (Note : The bidder has to produce the paint including application of paint samples in advance for approval before commencement of the work . The rate does not include the cost of application of external wall primer).

Providing and applying 1 coat of Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane, followed by two or more coats of luxury /high performance 100% Acrylic smooth emulsion having weathercoat / weatherproof/ dust proof, anti- fungal/anti-algal properties with silicon additives/PU serum with rich Sheen and having resistance to growth of algae, resistance to dust accumulation, resistance to fading of colours including filling the cracks with fiber reinforced crack filler for upto 3 MM cracks, filling bigger cracks with polymer modified cement, painting wall,s ceilings,bays band, chajjas, grooves, including scrubbing, cleaning the surface to ensure that the surface is free from any loose paint, dust, or grease, curing, scaffolding, making good the wall, floor, ceiling etc.. The Item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labour, tools, plants, consumables, Scaffolding, etc. (Note : The bidder has to produce the paint including application of paint, waterproof membrane/chemical samples in advance for approval before commencement of the work. The rate does not include the cost of application of external wall primer).

Providing water proofing to the roof slab by using cementitious waterproofing compound of Dr. Fixit or any other approved as per manufacturers specifications with cement mortar (1:5) 15mm thick and a base course oc CC (1:2:4) 5cm (av) thickness with 20- 40mm laterite aggregate and waterproofing compound including providing top slurry coat finishing, drawing/ markings of false squares including preparing the surface, cleaning, etc. All tools, plants, labour and material etc. complete.

Supplying of damp proof / water proofing compound having elastomeric and acrylic polymers and reinforcing polyester fibers including transporting, loading unloading, stacking as directed.

For Terrace Waterproofing (i) Surface Preparation Remove existing membrane from slab surface. Clean the surface thoroughly using a water jet pump. Ensure the surface is completely dust free. (ii) Crack Treatment For hairline cracks, open the cracks and fill with suitable crack filler powder. (iii) Remove defective plaster.(Wherever required)Approx 10% of total area Remove all loose and unsound plaster. Apply one coat of acrylic bonding agent mixed with cement slurry as a bond coat. Refill the prepared area by placing shrinkage-compensated, pourable micro concrete for filling damaged slab portions (iv) Waterproofing Treatment Providing and applying first coat of acrylic bonding agent mixed with water and cement in the ratio 1:2:5 (Bonding Agent : Water : Cement) as a slurry coat over the prepared surface. Laying 45 GSM fiber mesh uniformly into the wet slurry. Applying second coat of acrylic bonding agent with cement slurry in the same mix ratio to fully embed the mesh. Allow drying for 3 – 6 hours between coats. Providing and applying two coats of single- component, acrylic-based, ready-to-use waterproofing, and UV stable coating system over the prepared surface, ensuring uniform coverage and proper curing. Make: Upgrade, Fosroc, or equivalent approved make. All tools, plants, materials, labour, etc. complete

Deploying of crane of minimum 15T capacity with operator, fuel, lubricant, sling, belt , etc. as directed. ( The contractor shall deploy the crane for a minimum period of 4.00hrs. Day)

Supply of Tree prunning / chain saw machine- 22 inch petrol operated including fuel and oil etc and 01 operator and 01 helper for 8 hours a day including replacement of worn out chain (used for cutting trees) on call basis etc. including cutting of logs in 1mtr size and stacking neatly in place as directed. All tools, plants, labour and material etc complete

Dismantling A.C sheet ceiling or partition walls/vertical cladding (excluding frame work) including stacking the serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material at place pointed out within a lead of 100m including all labour & material, tools & plant etc. complete.

Application of Dampblock/Damp stop/ Damp proof (of Asian/ Berger or equivalent ) paint (undiluted) to control dampness of internal, external walls / repaired surfaces, cleaning, scaffolding, etc. as directed. . All tools, plant, labour and material etc complete.

Welding to any type of structural steel works tack welding or stitch welding of 6 mm thick as per IS specification etc. including required welding rods .etc. complete as directed. All labour & materials, tools & plant etc. complete.(Note: Steel sections, angles, plates if necessary will be supplied free of cost by the MPT. Contractor has to procure their welding plants. The item is in running Mtr. of weld length).

Cutting any type of structural steel works of any thickness by gas cutting complete as directed. All labour & materials, tools & plant etc. complete. (Note: Gas cutting with acetelene oxygen set will have to be provided by contractor. The item is in running Mtr. of cut length).

Repairs and servicing of Rolling shutters (Approx. minimum size size of shutters 3x2.5 mtrs) including removal and assembling after repair of i.e. top hood shaft cage, shaft case, shaft brackets, springs, side guides bottom rails, gear units, bearing, thoroughly cleaning all the components, adjusting the tensioning springs, overhauling or repairing shaft and gear units, re-conditioning and clips, realigning curtain ends, reconditioning dents if any, on the surface bottom rail and side guides, repairing the starters, inspecting , taking out and replacing the damaged or defective components, ensuring proper locking arrangements from both side and outside including all welding, drilling , straightening, grinding, erection of scaffolding, ladders, tools, tackles, labour, overhead profit, transportation with all consumables, such as lubricant like gears etc. and all hardware’s such as nuts, bolts, rivets, screws, washers, keys, etc. for effective working of rolling shutter.

Providing new Rolling shutters including removal of old rolling shutter and taking away and providing a new assembly of top hood shaft cage, shaft case, shaft brackets, springs, side guides bottom rails, gear units, bearing , thoroughly cleaning all the components, providing tensioning springs, and surface bottom rail and side guides, repairing the starters, providing proper locking arrangements from both side and outside including all welding, drilling , straightening, grinding, erection of scaffolding, ladders, tools, tackles, labour, overhead profit, transportation with all consumables, such as lubricant like gears etc. and all hardware’s such as nuts, bolts, rivets, screws, washers, keys, etc. for effective working of rolling shutter.
