M&L for overhauling of non clog sewage pump set diesel engine driven trolley mounted 5 HP, make - Kirloskar by dismantling the parts from engine and pump, drain out existing old engine oil & reassembling the same after carrying out the necessary repair/replacement of spares, machining etc, complete, all as specified & directed. Notes :- (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be included in quoted rate (ii) Unit rate (quoted by the tenderer) shall be deemed to include for minor spares/extras. The decision of Accepting officer regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding.

Supply only following spare parts suitable for non clog sewage pump set diesel engine driven trolley mounted 5 HP, Make - Kirloskar as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- Note :- All spare parts shall be fixed in the pumps & motors only after prior inspection & approval of Engineer-in-Charge for which these shall be produced by the contractor at store yard of AGE (E/M) Alwar.

M&L for taking out unserviceable non clog submersible sewage pump 4 KW/ 5.5 HP of make KSB model KRTU-100 from the sump including all vertical pipe/hose pipe, disconnecting all electrical & water connections etc. & dismantling the pump set, cleaning of sludge/mud etc., removing the burnt winding coils & rewinding the motor with cable round type, 7 core, 10 mtr long super enamelled copper wire of same gauge with equal number of turns including replacement of unserviceable parts such as oil seals (2 Nos), ,transformer oil if required , bearing bushes (01 No), cable seal (01 No), rubber gasket bolts (04 Nos) & nuts 5/8"x3" (8 Nos) of existing make & type including necessary high carbon steel nuts & bolts etc of suitable sizes & re-assembling the pump set and lowering the pump in sewage sump including connections of all vertical hose pipes including all necessary clamps 80mm with nuts, bolts & gaskets complete, commissioning the pump set and testing on full load for 8 Hrs, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair and servicing air cooled blower / compressor by replacing compressor oil (ISO VG 320 of make - SERVO (IOCL) / MAK (BP) / HPCL), filter, rubber washers, gaskets, oil seal etc, proper cleaning, proper alignment, adjusting belt tension, checking and ensuring the proper functioning of air blower with motor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s steel chain pully block set and S&Fheavy duty mild steel chain pully block set 2T, with chain not less than 10 mtr in length for hanging of sewage submersible pump.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundations, coping, filling etc. 150 mm thick as in sub base surface finished fair and even comlpete all as specified

S&F nylon threaded PVC hose pipe (Green) heavy duty of size 80mm dia including hose clips of required size including taking out old unserviceable hose pipe with clips.

S&F 6 sqmm multistranded copper conductor, 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed copper screen protected 1100 Volts grade submersible round /flat cable fixed to with suitable clamps & jointing material complete including disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable cable.

Supply and fixing Direct-on-Line (DOL) Starter in sheet steel enclosure for upto 10 HP electric motor, AC-3 Duty, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase including taking down existing unserviceable starter. Make :L&T,havells,Schneider

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil fill up pits and tranches with soil, levelling of surface, throw extra wastage material out of fencing area and clean the sub station area well in standarD manually or by some mechanical means, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair/maintenance/replacement of unserviceable parts of starters (star delta/DOL) of panels located at verious pockets, and ensure 100% serviceability of pump panels round the clock consisting of following :-

MCB TPN 63 Amps 10 kA 415 Volts AC 50 Hz including taking down old unserviceable MCB.

M&L , jointing and testing of all kind for of DI (Ductile Iron) pipe, round flanged end on both sides of 100 mm dia , K-9 complete with rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers inside OPC coated, white painted inside and black painted on out side complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Make : Jindal/ Electro Steel/ Tata).
