Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality II Class Ground Chamber Burnt Bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick with Plasticizer in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of following thickness for cup-board arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc, complete complying with standard specification

Providing Cup-board Shutter using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Gyp Board Wall Panelling using Hilux board Perforated sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre . The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping and cornice arrangements.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 20Amps DP Plug and Socket in sheet enclosure with 32A DP MCB in flush with wall with earth connection (For AC Plug) (Legrand / Hager make).

Supply and run of 4 of 10sqmm (140/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with contiinuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour ( Run off for Panel to VDB and laminar Flow AC.s)

Supply and erection of 2.0 Ton capacity ( 3star Rated) Split type Airconditioner unit confirming to ISI 1301 (part-2) 1992 with amendment No.1 fitted with Hermetically sealed compressor operationon 230V 50Hz AC supply system with refrigerant gas R-22 suitable for high wallmounting evaporator and specification as under general requirement interconnection of pipes abd cable.(SR) (Make: Blue Star, Carrier, Voltas.)

Supply and erection of 5KVA capacity Automatic Voltage stabilizer suitable to operation on 230 volts, single phase,50Hz,AC supply system with tie delay relay and High/Low voltage cut off, input voltage range 170V to 270V AC single phase, wall mounting type stabilizer with necessary clamp. (SR)(V-Guard)

Supply and fixing of Copper pipe to connect Indoor and Outdoor units etc.. Complete

Supply,Fabrication and erection of fabricated ducting made up of 24 Gauge GI sheets ,angle flanges,anchor fastness,tees and bends,wherever necessary etc as required .

Supply,and fixing of CCTV Camera 4 Nos including following accessories Monitor 8CHNUR 2mp IP Colour VU Camera , 1-TBHARD disk , 8+2 POE Switch , C at 6 wire RJ45 Jack , Camera Box , NVR Rack Box etc with Beat Approved Quality
