31.68 Supply and Erection of Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole of 3mm thickness with base plate including cost of nut and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacture including cost of foundation accessories etc. The foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanized pole complete with natural links including connectin etc. with suitable connection arrangement for 2 No. MCBs/ Kit Kat including cost of R.C.C 1:1 5:3 for longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm C.C for fixing the pole eith all labour & material required to complete the jobin all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

M.R. items NS-1 Supply and Erection of integral LED street light lumanaries 120W of Make – Bajaj/Philips/Wipro/Havells with equivalent specification & model with all acessories as supplied by the manufacturer with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the Entire Satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

N.S - 2 Supply & erection of outdoor duly factory manufactured feeder panel to operate S/L system made out of C.R.C.A. sheet 2 mm thick of App. Size ( 1100 L x 1400 H x 300 D ) mm with hot type canopy ventilation slots ( box type ) angle iron / channel iron frame of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm on both sides. The panel should have double door godrej Almirah type weather proof with locking arrangement. The panel as such be made in two compartments one for space of energy meter with glass & solid wire mesh and sealing arrangements The second compartment to accommodate the complete control system. Both the compartment is to accommodate system of set of timer, Copper Bus bar of size 400 mm x 20 mm x 3 mm duly tinned & insulated. The panel duly painted in powder coated gray shade. The main pannel door fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality to make it water proof. The panel should be fixed on C.C. Block size 1300 mm x 500 mm x 250 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster having a C.C. base of size 1500 mm x 750 mm x 250 mm below ground level.

N.S - 3 Supply and erection of 32/63 Amp. 3 Phase automatic time switch of L&T make alongwith contactor of required capacity of L&T make movement controlled by precisaty quartz osciliation operation on main supply of continue to run on built in rechargeable nickel cadium cell for 150 hours in the event of power failure including cost of contractor complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

N.S - 4 Supply and erection of 40 Amp. 3 Phase AC Energy Meter in built C. T. 40/5 ( Approved by H.V.P.N on existing pole with clamps of required size including making necessary connections with petty material required to Complete the Job in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge of the work .

N.S - 5 Supply and Erection of double Arm Bracket made of 50 mm Dia G.I Pipe 'B' Class 1.25 Mtr. Long with G.I Coller 0.50 Mtr. Long of Suitable Size to fit on Octogonal Pole with top Dia 70 mm including necessary Nut & Bolts etc. required for fixing of bracket on top of 9 Mtr. Long Octogonal Pole dully painted with Blue/ Red / Golden alluminium paint as per lumuniare with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the Entire Satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work. .
