Rehabilitation works to the AEE/Town/Sattur office building at Sattur 110 KV SS Premises.

Chipping the wornout plastering in walls, ceiling etc, for replastering including clearing the debris away from the site.

Dismantling the old damaged sunshade and roughening the surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and Complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Dismantling the existing PCC and clearing away the dismantled materials up to 5 km from the site including cost of all labour, transportatiom, loading, unloading, lead, lift, T & P etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing Brick work in Cement Mortar and clearing away the dismantled materials upto 5KM from the site including cost of labour, transportation,loading, unloading, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete.

Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hadr red earth,shales ,murram gravel ,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 m.

Sand filling for flooring including cost of materials, lead,lift etc. complete.

Providing PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm metal for flooring including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc. complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5, using 2 nd class bricks of size 9" x 4 3/4" x 2 3/4" including cost of all materials lead, lift etc. complete.

plastering the floors and walls with cm 1:3, 20 mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of non slippery floor tiles of 305 x 305 x 6 mm first quality design ceramic tiles of approved colours in CM 1:3, 10 mm thick including pointing with white cement 0.40 Kg / Sqm including cost of materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Wall tiles with approved first quality & colour dadooing ceramic tiles with 300 mm x 600 mmx 10 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2, 10 mm thick including pointing with white cement using 0.4 kg / m² including finishing the joint and pointing flush with the surface including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Dismantling the existing damaged pressed tiles and laying one course of new pressed tiles of size 23 x 23 x 2cm Embeded in CM 1:3 12mm thick & pointed with same mortor with the required slope and beaten with wooden beaters including cost of all materials, curing, labour lead lifts etc., complete.

Supplying, laying, jointing of 32 mm dia PVC pipes and specials for water line of approved quality including cost of all materials labour charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Supplying, laying, jointing of 25 mm dia PVC pipes and specials for water line of approved quality including cost of all materials labour charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Supplying, laying, jointing of 110 mm dia PVC pipes and specials for sewer lines of pressure 6.00Kg/cm2 of approved quality including cost of all materials labour charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing of steel Single leaf door with outer frame 40x40x6mm M.S. Angle for door frame and shutter frame with 35x35x5mm MS angle with 32 x 6mm cross ties on front and covered with 18 gauge MS Sheet with 25 x 3 mm MS flat alround on backside including cost of all materials fittings locking arrangements one coat of red oxide etc.complete.

Supply of ISI mark Galvalume steel sheet for sunshade (powder coated sheet)of 0.47 mm thick including transporting , all lead ,lift etc.,complete.

Supply of sunshade supporting materials such as M.S angle, M.S.Square tube, flats, etc., including Primer and enamel Painting ,transporting charges,lead ,lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fabricating MS Angle of size 65x65x6mm for ladder from ground floor to the roof top including cost of all materials, lead, transport, welding etc. complete.

Providing GI Cover plate for Inspection Chamber including materials,leadt, lift etc.,complete.

Wiring with 2x1.50 sq.mm PVC unsheated copper cable of 1100 V grade in suitabe PVC rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5 A F.T switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point/fan point (for electronic regulator)

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed power plug point

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheated copper cable of 1100 V grade in suitabe PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mmx100mmx113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin flush type non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point

Supplying & fixing 20 W 4 feet Led light with fitting with block on wall or ceiling with PVC unsheathed leads from terminals to the fittings with 1 No. tube etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of 63 Amps DP MCB including cost of materials, labour charges lead,lift etc.complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding one side of buildings to secure the applicators working on top using 13-15 cm dia casurina prosps and planks including cost of all materials labour lead lift transport etc. complete.

Enamel painting two coat wih ISI approved quality paint for old iron work including cost of all materials, labour, brush, all leads & lifts etc.,complete.

Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer before use)
