Painting shall be done by experts or by Asian paints experts.

M&L for Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade: new work (applied @ 3.28 ltr/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300mm x 450mm, 7mm thick edge cut over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles edge cut exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete incl screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick edge cut/ joint free (squares/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) or tile addessive complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab of minimum size of 0.90m x 0.60m as in flooring 20 to 25mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab of minimum size of 250x150mm, 20 to 25mm thick, in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. over & including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel , square/rectangular tube MS section or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250 quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of post / Peir of angle or channel for support of roof trusses etc ,built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps,bases. splices, angle brackets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing pre cast cement concrete block or slab 150mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with plain or interlocking joints as directed set in CM 1:6. kerbing/edge block to hard standing /foot including necessary earth work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor finished fair & even, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 3% weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The surface shall be painted with one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg per sqm, conforming to IS : 3384. A layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (min), weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/m2 reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( weighing not less than 150 gms/ Sqm). Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application all as per manufacturer instructions and applying one coat of bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm before applying of any treatment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L one coat of aluminium paint over APP Membrane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
