Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing the demolished material out side the MOD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing RCC roof slab top by wire brushing and cleaning the dust and forign material etc complete and providing 15 mm thick cement mortar plaster on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) in cement mortar (1:3) for roof treatment ,including use of WPC and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltrs/Sqm and there after laying of a layer of APP based polymenic membrane (five layered with centre core as 100microns, high molecular high density ployethlene film) minimum weighing 3.5 Kg/Sqm and reinforced with polyster non woen fabricd (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm laid on bituminous surface by press application method with 75 mm side ov erlap and 100mm end overlap the membrane has to be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neat, after that applying one coat of bitumen, 85/25 grade on top surface @ @ 1.20 kg/Sqm and blinded with premier dry sand @ 0.5 kg/Sqm dusted over bitumen coat, complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Water proofing treatment will be carried out only by authorised specialized agency and shall render a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if occurred at a later stage, contractor shall produce documentary evidence that the work has only been carried out by authorised person before claiming of any payment

M&L for 25cmx25cmx22mm Thick Cement Concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment , machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, terrace over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for apply two coats of Aluminium paint on roof surface,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge NOTE WPC shall be paid and measured seprately in concern item

M&L for cement plaster (10+5)mm thick on fair faces of brick/conc surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Rotational moulded PVC water tanks three layered white of Cap 1000 Ltrs cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position all as spd in SSR Part incl fixing of 20mm PTMT float valve medium grade dismanteling of existing unserviceable water tanks and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
