Supply of 3.5C x 50 sqmm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1kV grade conforming to IS:7098 (part-I) with upto date amendment complete as required.

Supply of 4C x 4 sqmm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1kV grade conforming to IS:7098 (part-I) with upto date amendment complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE 3.5 core cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 35 sqmm and up to 95 sqmm in following manner:

In existing RCC/HUME/METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

In the existing masonary open duct as required.

On wall surface as required (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE 4 core cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sqmm in following manner:

In existing RCC/HUME/METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

On wall surface as required (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres

Supply and laying of 63mm dia (OD: 63mm and ID: 51mm nominal dia) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming to IS-16205, Part-24 complete with fitting, cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply and laying of 100mm dia GI pipe, Class 'B' for crossing of roads & pathways i/c cutting, jointing with coupler etc. as required in ground including excavation and refilling the trench and making good the same, complete as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required- a) 3.5 x 50sqmm

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required- a) 4x4sqmm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required- a) 3.5C x 50sqmm (35mm)

Supplying and making end termination with nylon PG gland and aluminium lugs for following PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required- a) 4C x 4sqmm

Fabrication, S.I.T.C of Outdoor type MS Feeder Pillar Panel with double door arrangement made out of 2mm CRCA steel sheet , IP 54, totally enclosed, with top canopy for rain protection, floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power Supply System complete with all accessories, including D-rail for fixing of MCBs interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing suitable stand of height of 300mm from ground constructed with MS angle (50x50x5mm) with suitable concrete foundation for mounting Feeder panel, etc. as required and comprising of following: Incomer: 32Amp, 4P, 25kA, MCCB with thermal magnetic release O/L , S/C protection (Ics=Icu=100 %)- 01 No. Busbar: 50Amp FP Al busbar; Outgoing: 6 Amp TP MCB, C-type: 05 nos. 1 lot of control wiring with 2.5sqmm FRLSH cu-wire, 1 set of RYB indicator lamps, digital voltmeter- 01 no. and 6Amp control MCB - 01no. etc. complete with all accessories.

Earthing with G.l. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 4P 63AMP rating and 25KA breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required

Supply of Base plate for PAPI checking stick (make: AMA)
