Supply, laying, fixing and commissioning of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 240 sq.mm 3½ core size alumunium .This job includes Supplying and making outdoor /indoor end termination with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials. This includes laying of cable on arm type painted iron brackets to be fixed on walls at suitable height

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm × 600 mm × 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with chemical and salt as required. The Job includes providing, laying and fixing of 25 × 5 mm Copper strip to be laid from the earth plate (gas-welded with the plate) upto a height of 300 mm above the ground level.

Providing and fixing 25 mm × 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia PVC conduit from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of AMF Panel consisting of 1000A, 4 pole, 50 kA, ACBs (EDO Type) and all other allied items / accessories / protection etc. complete as required for the existing Diesel Generator Set. The AMF Panel shall be able to start the existing Diesel Generator Set in case of AC Mains Failure and transfer the Load onto the DG Set automatically (without any human intervention). Similarly, on restoration of AC Mains supply, it should be able to transfer the load back onto the AC Mains supply, and switch off the DG automatically. The includes making all connections with the AMF Panel, DG as well as the Normal Panel.

Fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Electrical Panel of cubical construction, wall-mounted type, fabricated out of 1.6mm thick sheet Steel, compartmentalised with hinged lockable doors, dust and vermin proof, powder coated, cable alley, inter-connection with suitable size solid Aluminium strip, earth terminals and earthing, complete in all respects with following Incoming / Outgoings, suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 50Hz, AC Supply with enclosure protection class IP42 as required alongwith Digital Voltmeters / Ammeters / CT Coils of requisite Ratio / Selector Switches / LED Indications as per the instructions of the Site Engineer: with following switchgear Incoming: (i) 400A, 50kA, 4-Pole MCCB : 1 No. (ii) 600A, TPN, Aluminium Busbar : 1 Set Outgoing: (i) 250A, FP, MCCB : 1 Nos.
