Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @5kg/10sqm, putting in premixed bituminous mecadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes not exc 30mm complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM by burshing with wie brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaaned surfce with gunney bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 grade complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with minimum 40-60 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregate of specified gradeing -II (26.5mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.00% by weight of total mix and cement as per filler, transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying ,rolling using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 ton but n exc 12 ton to achieve desired camber consolidated thickness 75mm , gradient and compaction all asspecified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surface by burshing with wie brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaaned surfce with gunney bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 grade including M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidatd thickness with 5.5% binder ontent by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade rolled and compacted to requied camber and gradient complete to a unifom surface complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 2.5mm thick road marking strips 100 mm wide (reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe, heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign materials etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and strictly in accordance to applicable specifications.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) for complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) for complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing and rounding edges, over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 for lying floor finishes complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welding tubes confirming to Fe-410W (gde E-250) quality including dismantling of steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50mm TCT any colour having tensile strength 0f 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws including Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, AC Sheets any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering/wall cladding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : ht of the bldg is upto 7 Metre

M & L Preparation of new steel surfaces or iron based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enemal paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Work to be carried out from ground floor to fourth floor of bldg height)

M&L for brick work with fly ash, modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, including demolition of brick work /stone boulder of any description andy in any position not othterwise specifically provided for complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on external surfaces of of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newely plasted surfaces of walls and cornices and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and cornices and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
