Dismantling work of CCM/CGM/sub station structures at 220KV S/S Kanpur South s/s for extension of 33KV main & transfer bus which includes all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.

Erection work of following equipment/sub station structures at 220KV S/S Kanpur South s/s for 33kV KCTSL bay which includes all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily as per instruction mannual or as per the directions by the supervising engineers.

De-stringing of existing 33KV 3-Phase Main bus-3 & Jack bus for extension of bus, the work involve destringing, removal of fittings of associated accessories, insulator removal and other associated works to complete the job satisfactory.

Stringing of extended 33KV 3-Phase Main bus-3 & Jack bus for bus extension, the work involve stringing, fittings of associated accessories, insulator hoisting and other associated works to complete the job satisfactory.

Laying of Earthmat for 33KV new bay KCTSL

Laying of 40/36 mm dia MS Round Bar 600 mm. below ground level including cutting, straightening, welding, painting at joint, excavation of Trench its back filling and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specification, excluding the cost of MS Bar.

Fabrication of 3 M long electrode with 40/36 mm Round Bar having 150 mm long conical/ pointed shape and then its piercing vertically inside the ground with top 500 mm below ground level and its welding with earth mat, excluding the cost ofMS Bar.

Fabrication of 75 mm long cleat with 50x6 mm Angle & welding at cross joints then painting with black color paint including cost of all materials, including cutting, welding, labour and T&P etc .

Earthing of complete 33KV KCTSL bay including equipment/gantry structure by MS Flat of size (75x10mm/50x6mm). The job also includes cutting, straightening, bending laying 500mm below inside ground level of 50x6mm size MS flat earthing of various equipmemt/structure including welding with earthmat and object to earth excavation of trench its back filling, painting and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Laying of following size control cable in the trench from various equipment to J.B/Control Panel with proper dressing, saddling including fixing of cable tray as per cable schedule:-

Termination of control cable as per cable schedule including making necessary hole in gland plate at box where required including all associated works like providing ferrules etc for Ring Road bay.

Jumpering of 33KV Bay & Extended Jack bus with Zebra/Panther conductor with the help of clamps with proper cutting, measuring, straightening and associated works to comple the job satisfactorily.

Shifting of Material from store place to work place and back, as required i.e. Cable drums,CT,PT,conductor, Fittings etc.
