WATER COOLED CHILLER
Supplying, Installing, testing & commissioning of Screw type water chilling machine with water cooled condenser each having a capacity of 300TR actual capacity at chilled water inlet/ outlet temperature of 55.4 deg.F/ 42.8 deg F. with chilled water circulation rate of 570 USGPM and condenser water inlet/ outlet temperature of 90 °F / 100 °F with circulation rate of 900 USGPM suitable for stepless continuous capacity from 100% to 20% and operation on refregerant R-134a only for screw type machine each comprising of the following complete as per specifications and as reqd. chiller fouling factor shall be 0.0005 FPS and condenser fouling factor shall be 0.001FPS. KW/ton at ARI condition shall be ≤ 0.620. IPLV at ARI condition shall be ≤ 0.54
Multiple number twin screw type helical rotary compressor semi-hermatic complete with automatic capacity control, safety switches, speed increasing gears, forced feed lubrication system etc. as per specifications.
Suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor with class 'F' insulation suitable for operation on 415±10% volts, 3-phase, 50Hz A.C. supply.
Soft starter suitable for compressor motor complete with ammeter with CTs, over load protection, under voltage protection, protection against phase reversal, independent single phase preventors, timer control & trip circuit with sensing elements for HP/LP/Anti-Freeze etc. complete as required. Starting current should be less than 2 times of full load current.

Lot- Refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valve, liquid line indications, liquid level control etc.
Lot- Water flow switches at inlet and outlet of condenser & chiller, water drain & air purge valves wherever required.
Lot- Suction line and chiller insulation with minimum 19mm thick polvinyl nitrile rubber insulation finished with 0.63mm thick G.S.S. cladding complete as required.
Lot- Frame work (including victaulic couplings at the inlet & outlet of cooler & condenser with its spoll pieces; & painting of all components) for mounting the above condenser, chiller compressor and motor with base plate complete with antivibration pads/ springs.

Refrigerant piping shall be factory assembled as per the specifications.
Additional Safety Devices shall include Internal Thermostat for Compressor Motor, Fusible Plug, Discharge Gas Thermostat, Operation Hour-Meter etc.
Shifting and locating the chillers to the terrace level as indicated in the drawings. (30.5m from the formed ground level).
BMS interface unit (Tracer / Micro gateway / Data link).Control panel should be with open protocol like Modbus RTU/ Bacnet/ Lon work for integrating with BAS.
Adaptor box required for the feeder connection.
Victualic/equivalent grooved coupling.
Commissioning of above chillers with existing Chiller Plant Manager to control and monitor. Necessary hard ware / software for transfer of entire signal to the third party BMS System and the output protocol shall be either BACnet or Modbus. The CPM has the provision to do sequencing, scheduling, load sharing between chillers etc., as specified and should be considered in the part of chiller supplier scope.
AIR HANDLING UNITS-(At CFI GF to 2F)
Supply, Delivery, Installation, testing & commissioning of Floor mounted Air handling units in Re-circulatory configuration with 24G (0.64mm) pre-plasticised G.I. outer skin and 22G (0.8mm) plain G.I. inner skin with 40kg/m3 density Polyurethen Foam/PIR insulation having thickness 43±2mm in double skin construction as per air flow diagrams & specifications with following accessories. AHU cost will be inclusive of lifting & putting inplace.
Thermal break profile at corners and at joints for double skin air handling units along with internal covings.
AHU frame shall be made of non corrosive extruded aluminum profile fitted together with polyamide corner pieces.
Flange type filters with extruded aluminum flanges along with quick filter fixing arrangement with SS 304 wing nuts.
Chilled water cooling coil shall be of copper tubes with aluminum fins and 4 / 6 rows deep suitable for chilled water operation.
UVGI system with dish antenna shaped parabolic reflectors and minimum UV intensity 400 μw/cm² on coil. With BMS compatibility. As per technical specification.
Drain pan in 16G SS 304 construction along with 25mm nitrile rubber insulation with smooth finish and slope should be provided to have zero retention of water in drain pan. The insulation shall be sandwiched between to sheets of SS 304.
Inlet and outlet connection of chilled water shall be on same side.
AHU shall be with Multiple electronically communicated (EC) motor plug type Fan with an integrated frequency converter for step-less load control, having impeller with low aerodynamic losses, silent operation & high efficincey
AHU shall be along with EC Motor & Electrical cable connection from starter panel consisting with stand alone controller to AHU shall be done by HVAC contractor.
All AHU's will be supplied with two sets of filters. One set will be for Pre commissioning & one original set of post commissioning Filters shall be EU-4

INLINE FANS :
Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of INLINE FANS suitable for installing in any position in vertical or horizontal ducts. The casing shall be double skin, internally acoustically lined and constructed of galvanized steel. The fan shall be DIDW with forward curve impeller fitted with maintenance free external rotor motor. The motor shall be suitable for single phase 50 cycles AC supply The motor shall be suitable for 220 V + 10% volts 1 phase 50 cycles, AC supply, EFF-CLASS 1. The fan shall be low RPM and capacities based on 20mm static pressure for exhaust. All units shall be complete with duct flexible connector. The total static pressure shall be checked by the contractor. The fans shall have the casing fabricated out of hot dipped galvanized metals with edges treated for corrosion resistance.
The fan shall have low sound level exceeding not more than 60 DBA at one meter distance.

PIPES AND VALVES
The quoted rates under pipes section shall inclusive of all necessary fittings like bends, elbows, Tee, etc and inclusive of making hole in the wall, chasing, chipping, making good with plastering after completion of work, pipe sleeve of suitable higher size, sealing the sleeves with glass wool & 2 hour fire sealant, makings provisions for BAS field devices/sensors, supports for piping like steel supports like MS plate, angles, channels, clamps, anchor fasteners, tie rods, brackets, nuts and bolts, etc as shall also be included in the quoted rate. Pre insulated Chilled Water Piping
Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of Pre insulated HDPE chilled water piping in the excavated trench with necessary supports to mount the pre insulated pipes on the RCC block of adequate numbers, size and height, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges, earth work excavation etc. duly factory pre insulated with 50mm thick Polyurethene foam minimum 36 Kg / cu m density, required accessories, field joint components,outer covering with HDPE jackets etc as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.

COOLING THERMOSTAT :
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of COOLING THERMOSTAT with Power / Control Cabling for various air handling units and fan coil units as described in specifications. The thermostat shall be proportionately type for modulating control valve with digital temperature indicator. Receiving at site the imported equipment, unloading, storing, handling hoisting, installing in position, effecting connections, anchoring, grouting testing and commissioning the equipment including supplying & installing all necessary indigenous accessories as required to complete the installation.

Variable Air voulme Terminal units (VAV) :
Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Pressure Independent Variable Air voulme Terminal units, suitable for installtion in horizontal ducts. The casing shall be double skin acoustically lined and constructed with galvanised sheet steel.Should include all accessories such as single / multileaf damper (with equal % characteristics) etc. actuators,controller capable of accepting analogue signal from CO2 sensor , control cabling , thermostat , feed back control cabling upto VFD panel / DDC Panel in AHU room and any other ancilary requirement for the functioning of the units. Cost of duct mounted Diff. pressure transmitters with cabling upto VFD panel shall also be included. VAV boxes shall be suitable for following air flow capacitties.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of INTEGRATOR for VAV boxes, capable of giving industry standard ((Modbus / Lon Works / Bacnet)) output to BMS system. Mapping shall be required for monitoring individual room temperature for areas conditioned through VAV boxes. BTU meter shall be provided with necessary isolation valve. BTU meters with the provision for Modbus integration with the IBMS system along with all integration software, fixing accessories . The maximum surface temperature the material should withstand is 105º C and minimum temperature should be -20ºC. Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motorized Fire damper in supply air/return air/exhaust air streams. The damper shall be made out of 16G thick galvanized sheet steel frame and blades of 16G galvanized steel with air tight arrangement. The damper shall be provided with control panel, BMS compatible actuator of the motorized Damper shall have required torque to ON / OFF the actuator with 220 V / 24 V transformer duly encased and wired, combined smoke and heat sensor and transmitters, control / communication cables, etc. The control panel shall be suitable for receive/send signal from the Fire Alarm System and status shall be monitored thru BMS.
