Schedule ‘A’ Part – XI (Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items) INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY M & L for Point wiring with 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn in and incl with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including suitable size Non metallic rigid PVC conduit and all conduit accessories (concealed) and including provision of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor for AC all as directed.

M & L flame proof point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn in and including with multi stranded copper conductor in stove enamelled steel conduit and all conduit accessories (concealed) and including provision of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor fabricated branded Modular metal flush box concealed in walls with modular suitable plate with cover with suitable screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc all as directed.

Supply and fixing Flame proof exhaust fan 300mm sweep heavy duty 900 rpm single phase 240 volts AC 50 Hz and connecting up complete including frame and louvers and provision of copper cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm all as directed.

Supply and fixing Telephone socket, PVC/ploy carbonate type with back plate suitable for fittings all as directed.

Sub main wiring complete with four runs of 10.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with two runs of 10.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 32 mm dia rigid nonmetallic PVC conduit and conduit accessories(Concealed in walls / roofs) all as directed. Note :- 04 runs of FRLS cable and two runs of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of rigid PVC conduit shall be measured as one length / running meter.

Supply and fix MCCB DB VTPN 4 way vertical double door 415 volts AC 50Hz with MCCB as incomer TP, DP/SP MCBs as outgoing with tinned copper busbar, neutral link, earth link complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing 415volt, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature current circuit breaker (MCCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the VTPN DB complete with connection testing and commissioning TPN 160 Amps .

Supply and fixing PVC conduit for telesocket, and TV socket all as directed.

DG SET Supply, installed, commissioning and testing of Silent DG set with AMF panel as per CPCB approved of capacity 125 KVA, 100 KW, 1500 RPM, Turbo Charged, water cooled comprising of suitable 159 BHP Engine with microprocessor based Genset controller with silencer and canopy for soundless mode (sound level not exe level specified by control pollution board) and alternator both mounted on a common base frame conforming to ISO-3046/BS-5514 and IS-10002 rated for 415 volts 50 cycles, 0.8 Power factor (PF) complete with residential silencer, AVM pads, battery with its leads, first fill of lub oil and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynamo with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacturer and consisting of other electrical component and maintenance free battery including suitable size of copper cable lead with terminal, all mounting accessory and AVM pads all as specified comprising with the following:-

A. Engine:- (a) Vertical multicylinder, cold starting in accordance with BS-5514/IS-10002 at 1500 RPM including the following accessories :- (i) Fuel tank(Suitable for capacity for minimum 12 Hrs run). E. CONTROL PANEL: (a) The control panel shall be made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB of 4 pole 200 Amps, 25 ka- 01 No (ii) Digital Ammeter – 01 No (0 to 200 A) (iii) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts – 01 No (0 to 500V) (iv) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 01 set F. AMF PANEL:(a) The control panel shall be made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :-(i) MCCB 4 Pole 200 A, 25 ka - 2 Nos (ii) Contactor 4 pole 200 A - 2 Nos (iii) Digital Ammeter 0 to 200 A with suitable CT coils 200/5A - 3 Nos (iv) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts 0 to 500 volts - 1 No (v) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 01 sets (vi) Relay, timmer and other acessories as per manufacturer. (iii) Silencer pipe of engine is to be extended out of the building with suitable dia of MS / GI medium grade pipe duly heat insulated with suitable glass fibre wool material and covering with ss sheet the rate of which deemed to be included in the unit rate of Gen set. (iv) Lubricating oil shall be provided by the conractor cost of which deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG Set. (v) Four Nos free serviceing with complete material such as Lubricating oil, coolent, Lub oil filter, diesel filters, Air filter and fan belts etc as per manufacturer recommendation will be deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG set.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as directed. NOTE: (i) The unit rate includes earth wire and protection pipe up to (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed at least 0.5 metre away from each earth chamber.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 25 x 4 mm galvanized iron strip, buried in ground or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

LIFTS Design, supply, install, testing & commissioning goods lift of capacity 1000 Kg, speed 0.5 metre/sec with single speed motor, 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 Hz supply, conforming to IS-14665 and as amended, suitable to serve G+02 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency Drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (02 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door of Logistics section) complete all as specified

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized earth lead 32X6 mm strip upto 7.50 metre, by means of GI nuts, bolt, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 03 SSR Part I and connection to main switch board or panel and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type to soil, returning fitting in and removal of surface spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, PCC chamber (1:2:4) type B-1, charcoal and salt mixed layer 15cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25mm x 3mm, bolts, nuts and washers 75mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C on both sides, shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified. AIR CONDITIONING Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating inverter type and EER 3.2 of capacity 2.0 TR complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 24 above but of capacity 1.5 TR, 5 Star rated.

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA.

External Water Supply:- Construction of new valve chamber of size 900x900x900mm with foundation cement concrete brick / bricks in cement mortar 1:6 , with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 sub base plaster internally and exposed external surface in cement mortar 1:4 (15 mm thick and provision of valve chamber cover made out of MS sheet 3.0 mm thick welded on angle iron frames 40 x 40 x 5 mm made out of double door type with hinges and locking arrangement duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed complete with good finishing.

All as per item No.27 above, but of size 600x600x600mm.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED light fitting for street/security lighting energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LED with secondary optics of capacity 36 Watt 240 volts AC 50 Hz , IP 66 protection including pole junction box, electrical connection and five years on site warranty from manufacturer complete all as directed.

Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 400mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable, single hinged door / shutter with locking arrangement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incoming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item.

Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of semi concealed type LT wall mounted Panel indoor type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection of size 1000mmX1000mmX300mm (over all dimension) made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 25X25X5mm frame with front openable, single hinged door / shutter with locking arrangement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces and connections of all outgoing / incoming cable inclusive of necessary fixing clamp as required including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 deep below normal ground level and connected to and including copper earth strip 20X3 mm upto 7.50 metre, by means of GI nuts, bolt, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 03 SSR Part I and connection to main switch board or panel and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type to soil, returning fitting in and removal of surface spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, PCC chamber (1:2:4) type B-1, charcoal and salt mixed layer 15cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25mm x 3mm, bolts, nuts and washers 75mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C on both sides, shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for maintenance free ring earth consisting of four earth pits spacing of minimum 4 mts and using copper - bonded steel rods, compression couplers earth enhancing compound and exothermic welding for interconnecting the four earth pit elecytrodes. Each earth pit consists of 17.2 mm copper bonded steel cored electrodes 10 feets long - 04 Nos, Earth enhancing compound of 10 Kg bag - 16 Nos, 25mm x 2mm copper strip - 16mts, including inspection chamber of size 30cm x 30cm including taking down old earthing complete all as directed . Note : (i) On testing after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance (Less than 1 Ohm) is not obtained, the earthing shall be done by the contractor without any cost to Govt. (ii) The chemical earthing will be done by the manufacturer or its authorised representative on the site. (iii) 25mm x 5mm x 300mm copper bus bar - 01 No (iv) 25mm x 25mm x 150mm bus bar - 01 No. (v) Earth conductor beyond 7.5 Mtr shall be measured and paid separately vide pre-priced schedule.

Supply and fixing pole mounted junction box/bus bar chamber for loop connection of street light cable of size 295x195x100 mm with two nos of MS flat iron of size 25x3mm pole mounting clamp and suitable locking arrangement with three phase and neutral aluminium strip busbar of size 20x3 mm of suitable length with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with GI nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections mounted on hydrographic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex , Cat No: GSJB3020 or equivalent model of Hensel/Rittel.

M&L for one run of 1.5 Sqmm 3 Core (Nominal Area) PVC Sheathed multi stranded unarmed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Conforming to IS 7098 FRLS (inner sheet) from pole junction box to light fitting with suitable size copper cable lugs and connector all complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED Aviation Light luminaires integral comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure complete all as directed.

M & L for street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm dia 1.2 metre length bent to shape and reduced to required size at top upto 1.5 metre length by cutting, welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 40x6 suitable length 2 sets complete with drilling, hole, fixing with nuts bolts and washers including painted with two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix UPS for 30 min back up three phase AC input 300 to 450V and out put 415 V ± 1% of capacity 5.5 KVA complete all as directed.

WATER COOLER Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler partially stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity of 80 Ltr and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Ltr per hour with R-134A Refrigerant complete all as specified.

Supply and installation of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 Volts to 250 Volts with output voltage stabilized at 230 Volts with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 2 KVA complete all as specified.
