Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering15mm thick, first coat of 10mm in CM (1:6) and second coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with in liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces , finished even and fair complete all as speciifed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer including use of scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing 15mm bore all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings fixed to wall and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 15mm bore tubes, any grade, to walls and ceilings or laying in floors

Supply & Fixing in repair vitreous China squatting pan, ' Orissa patteren, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral footrests (excluding flushing cisteren and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 110mm dia P or S trap including connecting to out let with solvent cement , including lean concrete 1:5:10 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for PVC nahani trap, plain with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) with solvent cement of dia 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match set, over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete of item all as directed.

Mixing & applying two coat of SmartCare Damp Block 2K/Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K, Make : Asian Paints/Dr. Fixit on wall/floors of bricks/concrete/stone masonry surface as per manufacturer's directions including scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning of roof surfaces and applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm including laying of APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt,not less than 150gms/sq. m) land on primed surface by tension application with 100mm over lap travers and 150mm over lap longitudinal including taking down old treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with in liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces , finished even and fair complete all as speciifed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work

M&L for two coat of heat resistant paint (aluminium paint) ,Surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete , brick, stone etc. exceeding 10cm in width or girth, as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and dirceted.

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete 30mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded agg) as in padding on roofs slab to receive water proofing treatement, laid to required slope, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank of capacity exc 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr of any description setting aside for cleaning and repair of WPT work and refixing and reconnecting to its original position after completion of water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm cast iron sanitary connections—short connections pipe of length upto 300 mm

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
