Schedule `A' Part -I

(a) Lump sum price worked out by contractor for Construction of precast RCC fabricated single toilet block having four toilets and four bathrooms with two urinals and two wash hand basins complete all as shown on drawing and specified.

(b) Lump sum price worked out by contractor for Construction of precast RCC PRE fabricated sentry post complete all as shown on drawing and specified.

Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for Schedule `A' Part-II (MISC SCHEDULE) (rate against Srl No. 2.01 to 2.09 shall be quoted by the Contractor)

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 ( 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete M-35 grade paver blocks made by table vibratory method using PU moulds, glossy finish of approved colour, design & pattern, laying by vibratory compaction over and including 50mm thick bed of fine sand, including cutting paver blocks in required size and pattern, filling joints with sand and sweeping out surplus sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying factory made M-25 grade cement concrete kerb stone fixed in position to the required line, level and curvature including necessary earthwork, jointed with cement mortar 1:4, making joints with or without grooves, thickness of joints not more than 5 mm (except at sharp curves) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new or un-treated concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
