M&L for dismantling the chiller unit of central AC plant of capacity 2 x 120 TR Make/Model : Daikin/PFS120B installed at Bayonet Auditorium, uninstalling the defective unserviceable items, replacement of unserviceable parts/items of same make/model no (as earlier), re- installing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The Above job shall be carried out by OEM /authorised service provider of Daikin. The contractor shall produce the necessary MOU with Daikin before commencement of contract.The genunie spares/components of makes recommended by Daikin are mandatory to be incorporated in work. (ii) All minor unserviceable parts other than these mentioned below required for making the plant fully functional are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for item Sr No. 1. (iii) The cost of material for major unserviceable parts mentioned below shall be measured and paid separately. However, the labour cost for fixing same is deemed to be include under item No. 1. (iv) All the items considered for replacement shall have warranty for two years.

(q) Supply only replacement Oil Filter as per existing make and model.

(r) Supply only replacement Discharge Temp Sensor as per existing make and model.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas R-407c in company sealed cylinder 50 kg after making system leak proof complete all as specified and directed. Make: Mafron/Freon/Refron. Note: Empty cylinder shall be returned to the contractor only after complete consumption of gas without any extra cost to the contractor.

M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation with fire resistant material as specified and including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of induced draft top discharge counterflow type FRP Cooling Tower capacity 120 TR (Rectangular/Round bottle shape) with FRP body and base, water spray headers, cooling tower fills, fan with motor, supporting base frames, foundation as per manufacturer's standard instructions complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling of existing cooling tower and foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of existing duct from 04 Nos AHU for smothly repair/repalcement of AHU filter and reducting as per existing size and make same with new complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of AHU Filter as per existing size and make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of canvas for AHU 4 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and maintenance of LT/ AHU panel board by taking shut down, removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of bus bar and cleaning complete by means of CRC - 226/ Petrol tightening of all joints in bus bar, checking of earth and neutral voltage and make a record, replacement of u/s nuts/ bolts/washers including replacement of corroded glands, lugs/thimbles and tightening them properly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of major items like contractor, MCCB, rotary handle, MCB, MPBC single phase preventer, Timer etc of same model and Make shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M & L for Point wiring in repairs with FR LS PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable 1100V grade single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area drawn in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good and matching disturbed surface of wall with existing surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling instead of PVC conduit surface casing caping will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green FR LS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including galvanised boxes and bakelite sheet for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for One light point/fan point controlled by one switch . Make of PVC conduit/Casing Caping:- Plaza/Finolex/Polycab/Kalinga/Jindal/Asian .

M&L for descaling of 120 TR condenser coil in water cooled chiller AC plant and carry out pressure test with nitrogen gas for creating vaccum and hold for 24 hours for brasing, welding etc to ensure that there is no leackage in the plant/system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. NOTE: 1. Nitrogen gas required for maintaining the adequete pressure in the plant should be suppled by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. 2. T&P and necessary material required for maintaing the pressure in the plant should be arranged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

M&L for software update in 120 TR chiller make Daikin HMI for improved performance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of existing chilled water pipeline C class 200 mm as per existing color code complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of 3TF5 x 2 Contactor Cat No.3TY7500-0A including taking down the old unserviceable contractor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gun metal gate or globe valve of 15 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes incl dismantling of existing UNSV gate valve complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance, check up of Fire hydrant pump House & Fire Hydrant , Sprinkler System along with servicing of complete system Installed with in pump House and its components such as valves, pumps, air cushion tank, pressure switches, gauges, Panels etc (Cost of replacement items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule, servicing charge is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.)

Maintenance, check up and demonstration with of Fire alarm system internal system along with servicing of complete system and its components such as Detectors, Panels, Manual call box, Hooters, etc (Cost of replacement parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule, servicing charge is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.)

Scope of work covered for item No. 1 (a) checking of Diesel Engine driven fire pump, Jockey pumps & Electrical driven main fire pump Including servicing ( greasing , overhauling, tightening of nut bolts and other spares shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate, consumable required for Diesel engine driven fire pump such as Diesel, coolant, lubricants and spares shall be measured and paid separately or provided by dept) ensuring that pump and engine are in proper working condition and ready for operation. (b) checking of Pre charged Air vessel Including servicing ( greasing , overhauling, tightening of nut bolts and other spares shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate, Cost of replacement parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule making sure that are in proper working condition and ready for operation. Scope of work covered for item No. 2 (a) Checking of pressure gauge & level indicator and replacing faulty PG with isolation ball valve . Cost of replacement parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (b) checking HYDRANTS, SPRINKLER, PIPING Including servicing ( greasing , overhauling, tightening of nut bolts and other spares, replacing of spares etc and related jobs) Cost of replacement parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule making sure that are in proper working condition (c) checking, oiling, greasing ( if required)/ replacing Cost shall be inclusive of fixing only. (d) checking, oiling, greasing ( if required)/ replacing Gate valves, butterfly valves, NRV, Check Valves, expansion bellows, spring-loaded valves , control valves, forged brass ball valve test assemblies etc ( of all dia.) Cost shall be inclusive of fixing only. (e) checking, oiling, greasing ( if required) fire hydrant landing valve Cost of replacement parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (f) checking, cleaning and servicing of Hose reel drum for smooth functioning. (g) Checking of rubber reinforced lined fire hose (h) Quarterly checking for complete Fire Pump Panel including checking of internal wiring and tighting of nuts bolts and replacement of faulty items such as contactors relays, MCB's , MCCB's and other connected items. (J) Checking of Main Control Panel for Fire Fighting pumps , including wiring , repairing and replacing of faulty cables, wires, and other components such as MCB, MCCB, relays, contactors etc Cost of replacement parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Providing and fixing in repairs 63 mm dia 15 metre long Reinforced Rubber Lined ( RRL ) Type ' A ' ISI marked ( IS - 636 ) , woven jacketed hose pipe tested to bursting pressure 32 Kg / Sq cm with and including gun metal male & female instantaneous type coupling approved by fire authority , ISI marked ( IS : 903 ) , machine wound with Gl wire with the pipe complete in ali respects , all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs internal fire hydrant comprising of and including single headed stainless steel body fire hydrant valve , 100 mm inlet with single outlet with control and fitted complete with63 mm dia female instaneous coupling of stainless steel conforming to type " A " of IS : 5290-1977 on the outlet complete with orifice flangs as required with ABS plastic blank cap , steel chain adaptor as per IS Specifications as required including 6 mm thick Stainless Steel Orifice Plate of suitable size as required , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge :-( note : rate quoted shall be deemaed to include for sealing of threaded parts with " Holdtite " )

M&L for preparation of MS pipe surfaces of any description over 80/100/150/200 mm dia size MS pipe/pump set complete around otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Red Colour suitable for fire fighting system) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting the Booster pumps of capacity 50 HP of any make and model from motor and all water connections and removing/taking up from foundation, taking to respective (original pump manufacturer) authorised dealer workshop for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by changing the defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc. complete and reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i). Ball bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate & stuffing box packing, Cooling tube with Banjo nut, O ring, Shoulder ring , Gasket Packing, Vent valve, Gland rope and Set of rubber oil seal etc shall be replacement all items included in quoted rate no extra payment shall pait to relevent items (ii) Necessary T & P/vehicles shall be arranged by the contractor and the quoted rates shall be inclusive of above provision.

M&L for dismantling the electric induction motor 415 volts AC 3 Phase, capacity 50 HP, 440 V, 50 Cycle of any make and type from the foundation and pump after disconnecting electric cable connection and earthing etc. and transportation to civil workshop for repair/rewinding, strip opening the motor and removing of defective burnt winding, rewinding the motor after cleaning the rotor and stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, reassembling the complete motor and re-fixing at the existing site with electric cable connection, earthing, proper alignment with pump and testing the motor on full load at site after coupling the pump for its serviceability up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Super enamelled copper winding wire in quoted rate no extra paymnet to paid (ii) Necessary T & P/ vehicles shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates ahll be inclusive of above provision.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 50mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe, light grade, 20mm bore, for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) all as specified and shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part-I 1991.
