Periodical maintenance of 1250 KVA capacity DG Set (Make-Cummins) and ensuring smooth functioning of DG Set complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Spare parts, accessories, oil, filters, etc required for maintenance of DG Set shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) The rate quoted shall include the maintenance & repairs and not inclusive of major repair / overhauling of DG Set. In case of any dispute between contractor & GE regarding this aspect, the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (iii) Spare parts, accessories, oil, filters, etc for repair shall be procured from manufacturer’s authorised dealer only. (iv) All tools, testing instruments shall be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport. (v) The fixing/labour element for items catered here-in-after as “Supply only” shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Make : As per existing / recommended by OEM.

S&F in replacement Rubber hose set for 15 KVA to 100 KVA capacity DG set radiator, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : As per existing / recommended by OEM.

S&F in replacement Rubber hose set for 110 KVA to 200 KVA capacity DG set radiator, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : As per existing / recommended by OEM.

S&F in replacement PLC system for 625 KVA DG set (Make - Cummins), (PLC Control Board No. Part No. I - 0300-6085, Part No. II - 0300-6086) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making smooth surface by scratching the old paint and rubbing with emery paper, filling putty in dents, where required, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spraying process including writing of SM / MES number on DG set for 20 KVA to 100 KVA capacity DG set, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for opening/dismantling of 15 KVA to 100 KVA capacity DG set, disconnecting all connections from panel to terminal box, repair/replacing the field coils to the alternator, refixing the field coils to the alternator after drying the varnish and making the electric connections to terminal box with proper brass nut bolts and washers, testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling radiator from engine, transporting it to work shop, repair of leakage pipes, cleaning the radiator with cleaning agents, re-assembling the Engine completely to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Inspection/checking of AMF panel of DG set of capacity 30 KVA to 100 KVA installed at various installations of any make and shape and rectifying the defects, replacement of unserviceable parts as required at site and cleaning of AMF panel as detecting during inspection or pointed out by representative of department and carry out maintenance complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Spare parts required shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of BOQ.

Inspection/Checking and repair/servicing of EOT gantry crane double girder type track rail and load chain hook having span of 12.5 Mtr with traverse of 60 x 60 mtr and lift 6 mtr capacity 10 Ton, carrying out necessary cleaning, including greasing of all movable parts, filling of gear oil, stripping down all other related parts etc, complete overhauling of Crane all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed. Note : Spare parts, gear oil, etc shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of BOQ.

Inspection & checking of Mechanical laundry steam boiler of capacity 200 Kg/hr and finding of fault by checking control devices, safety devices, pipeline, nut bolts, washers, gauges, pressure line leakages, hose pipe etc., removing the defects and refixing in its original position including descaling the boiler and making connections complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) All spare parts for repair shall be procured from manufacturer’s authorised dealer only. (ii) All tools, testing instruments shall be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport. (iii) The fixing/labour element for spare parts required to be replaced shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item and spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of this Schedule.

Inspection & checking of Drying tumbler of capacity 50 Kg (make Ramson) and finding of fault by checking control devices, safety devices, pipeline, nut bolts, washers, gauges, pressure line leakages, hose pipe etc., removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) All spare parts for repair shall be procured from manufacturer’s authorised dealer only. (ii) All tools, testing instruments shall be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport.
