Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roofs complete all as specified.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof any thickness all as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, levelling course, including providing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm including preparing slab surface with wire brushing complete and finishing top surface of PCC rough & even to receive the bedding layer including necessary formwork complete all specified and directed by Engr in charge Note : Disconnection and refixing of water tanks, lightining conductor was contractors responsibility.No more payment will be done for this separately.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified nd directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing 3 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm ) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 20-22mm thick precast plain cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25 cm x 22 cm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying 02 coats of distemper oil emusion preparation of newely plaster surfaces , over a coat of putty thickness vary from 1 to 1.5 mm over & including a coat of interior wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L applying 02 coats of Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint on newly plastered surface with silicone additives of required shade : new work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr / 10 Sqm over and sinclusing priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10Sqm over a coat of wall putty thickness vary from 1 to 1.5 over complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of New or previously untreated steel surfaces based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbetos/fibre cement corrugated/semi corrugated sheet in roof covering including ‘J’ or ‘L’hooks complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick,of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with selg taping scrws as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC(HDPE) SWR RWP, 110 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints using solvent as per maunfacture instruction, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 18 of tender documents.
