SCH 'A' PART XII (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.

Material and labour for point wiring 1100 volt grade single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with multi stranded copper conductor 2x1.50 sqmm drawn in and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 marked medium grade concealed on surface of wall/ceiling including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm pressed steel modular boxes sunk on wall for mounting of modular switches, switch sockets, fan regulator etc including modular cover with frame any size complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces for one light point/fan point (ceiling /exhaust) controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate. All switches, fan, sockets, ceiling roses and holders shall be connected to common earth dolly.

All as per Item No.13 hereinbefore but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps on same board.

Supply and fix building security light LED 25W with lumen O/P 1800 with driver with rated voltage 240V, 50Hz, including mounting GI light grade pipe 0.8m length and bent to shape (made out of 25 mm dia) including GI clamps nut, bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj Cat No. BRLEP 25W LED/ Philips/ Wipro/ Jaquar as approved.

Supply and fix wall mounted decorative type aesthetically designed lights warm white complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jaquar (JHL- COG-WL1216W) ,Philips/Bajaj as approved.

Supply and fix energy meter enclosure made of bakelite material for fixing of meter complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex Cat No GSMB-2520 / Hensel/ HPL as approved

Supply and fix of microprocessor based three phase tamper proof electronic static pre paid cum postpaid energy meter rating 240 volts, 50 Hz, of range 10-80 Amps, conforming to IS 16444, with LED/LCD display and parameters like voltage, current, frequency, power, power factor, KWH/ KVA, default in built dual source and compatible for prepaid and postpaid online energy monitoring billing system with disconnection/ reconnexction through remote control complete as specified and as directed. Supply and fix Double wall corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl(HDPE) pipe for laying of electric cable of size 50 mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner diameter with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6mm thickness laid in trenches(Including cutting of roads or any others hard surfaces and making good disturbed surfaces), wall, poles including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make : Ketron/Tirupati or equivalent in specified makes as approved. Note :- Pipe shall be marked with ISI mark

All as per item no. 49 hereinbefore but of 90 mm outer dia and 78 mm inner dia.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.50 mtr. below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing on completion including the Material and labour for the following :-

Supply and fix MS junction boxes IP65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 300 x200 x 150 mm fixing on pole with 30 x5 mm MS clamps, nuts, bolts, washers, terminal block and glands suitable for 16 sqmm 3 core cable including 10A MCB SPN all as specified and as directed. Make : HENSEL or equivalent in Neptune/ Sintex as approved.

Supply and fix 2 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through GI conduit on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for shifting of cable from existing location to a new location at a distance not exceeding 60 M complete all as directed.

(E) SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for LLDPE conventional septic tank designed for 25 users and connecting to inspection chamber all as per manufacturer's instructions and necessary earth work, PCC 1:4:8 and vent shaft complete all as directed. Make: Supreme, Sintex, Plasto as approved by GE

Material and labour for soak well of 1.8 m dia and 3.0 m depth complete all as specified and as shown in drawings No. CEBZ/TD/78/2011, Sheet no.1/2 & 2/2 complete
