Supply and install hot dip galvanised steel (IS 5966 Gr Fe 510) suitable for basic wind speed as per IS-875 octagonal pole, 6.0 metres long, top dia 70mm, bottom dia 130 mm having thickness 3 mm having door opening as per manufacturer design having terminal plate suitable for 3 phase 4 wire and earth connection for cable termination on DMC terminals with base plate of size 220 x 220 x 12 mm of Fe 410 as per IS-2062 having PCD 220mm foundation J bolts of size 4 x M20 x 700mm duly red oxide painted (570 + 130 of J), with 03 Nos nuts and 02 Nos plain washers and having hot dip galvanized single arm bracket 1000 mm overhang on each sides with 48.3 mm outer dia pipe of thickness 3.2mm fixed on top having stiffener on each arm mounted with pinch bolt 10mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. (i) MCB shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Foundation of the poles shall be as per manufactuer's design and specifications only. Provn of foundation including foundation bolts, nuts etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dismaitling of old tubular pole from site, complete all as specified and directed

Taking dn old street lights fittings from existing tubular/PCC Pole carefully and refixing on new pole as per serial item No 1 here-in-before, complete all as specified and directed

S&F MCB C-curve, 10 KA, SP 06 Amp, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing flexible type round PVC bedded with PVC insulated and sheathed with multi FRLS cable of 1100 volt grade with multistranded copper conductor wire of size 1.5 Sq.mm 3 core type (Nominal area) ISI Marked,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V IP 65 AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete as specified & directed.

Material and labour for road cutting of minimum sizes 30cm x 30cm and minimum width of 6 metres for laying cables etc and making good the disturbed surface to match existing surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as derected.

S&F galvanised steel tubing, light grade, ISI marked, for protection of under ground cable on pole/wall/under road including taking out old unserviceable pipe 40 mm bore, complete all as specified and as derected.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25 X 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR Part - 1, connected to earthing test point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in repair XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, conforming to relevant IS, ISI marked, earthed system, armoured heavy duty, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade,of size 25 Sqmm 4 core , in trenches/wall/floor/pole complete and making connection including suitable size Aluminium lugs, complete all as specified and directed.
