Structural steel conforming to Fe-410W, Grade-E 250, Quality 'A'.

S&F mild steel work as in columns for roof / trusses and connecting plates imbeded in PCC including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated brick/ concrete/ stone masnory surfaces of any description of over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of suitable primer , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel 0.50 mm thick of any colour as directed by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 580 X 580 mm size machine cut prepolished mirror (single colour) kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror/ granite finish , rounded off exposed edges,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

All as per item No 32.00 here in above but 15-18 mm thick kota stone as in skirting/ riser/ dado over 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC sheet wall panelling of thickness 5 mm, consisting of panel having size 1220x2440 stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet. The strip shall have in their centre a groove of 6mm width and 1mm depth of sinking the head of the screw used to fixed the strip to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 250mm between two PVC strip. The PVC strip shall be fixed to wall using 65mm long MS screw & through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panel for astheic looks, the exact size of the panel and correspondingly the grid may vary depending on size of wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300mm x 200mm/450x300 mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:1½:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, shelves and the like complete all as specified. (Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified .

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
