CHAIR EXECUTIVE REVOLVING (TP): Description : Revolving chair with arm push back. Nylon base with Nylon Twin Caster Wheels 5 Nos of 50 mm dia. Back rest symmetrical lumber support. Make: Crystal ( CPHG ) or Equivalent as approved.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER (FD-1113): Description : Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. The sofa set to seat five shall consist of one large three seat piece and two single one seat pieces. All wood shall be of first class well seasoned teak wood (MP). The cushion shall be of size 4" and of 40 density as approved by GE. Cushion shall be covered with best quality tapestry cloth not less then Rs. 250/Mtr and as apporoved by GE. All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be Melamine polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair barber w/ adjustable neck rest(TP): Description: Chair barber steel with adjustable neck rest of best quality as approved by GE Saugor.

Carpet woolen 3x2 mtr(TP): Description: Made of 100% Polyester Yarn, and shall protect feet from cold floor. 3D Printed Vintage Persian Carpet of best quality as approved by GE Saugor.

Carpet woolen 6x8 mtr(TP): Description: Made of 100% Polyester Yarn, and shall protect feet from cold floor. 3D Printed Vintage Persian Carpet of best quality as approved by GE Saugor.

Chair computer(FD/E6/MAP/01): Description: Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing.Push back revolving chair, Height Adjustable, Nylon Wheel, Base metal assembly required. The product requires basic assembly. Chair shall be Comfortable Revolving with An absolute executive look. 360 Degree Smooth Swivel Movement. Padded Seat As Well As The Back with Comfortable Arm Rests.Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair dining long back(FD-357): Description: Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. Timber shall be well seasoned Ist Class teak wood. For back & seat 50mm thick synthetic foam of 32 density duly covered with leatheised rexine as aepproved by GE made to shape as shown on drg shall be fixed over 10mm thick plywood commercial made to shape as per drg. Polish & Finish: All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Durries 15'x12'(TP): Description: Durries of size 15' X 12' of best quality as approved by GE Saugor.

Hat stand with mirror(FD-233): Description: Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. All wood shall be of Ist class well seasoned teak wood. The Frame of Hat Stand shall be provided with 4mm thick teak ply in front (one side teak face). The back of Hat Stand shall provided with 4mm thick commercial plywood. A mirror of 440mm high and 300mm wide with 5.5mm thickness of Atul, Modiguard or Golden fish, free from all distorition and defects shall be provided on right hand side of Hat Stand. four brass pegs of 75mm wide and 120mm high of shape as approved by GE shall be fixed on left side of mirror. Two key plates of mild steel sheet 3mm thick flat iron with key holes as shown on drawing shall be provided to two top corners at the back of Hat Stand as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Polish & Finish: All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Receptacle(FD/E6/MAP/13): Description: The receptacle shall be of capacity 20 ltrs. The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickness not less than 2.5mm, provided with swivel lid and handles on both sides as shown in drg. Make: Cello / Tupperware / Amko

Recepticle large 75 Ltr(TP): Description: The receptacle shall be of capacity 75 ltrs. The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickness not less than 2.5mm, provided with swivel lid. Make: Cello / Neelkamal / Amco

All wood shall be of first class well seasoned teak wood. 19mm thick prelaminated exterior grade MDF board shall be provided at top of the table. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all aournd the top of the table. 1.5mm thick decorative laminated sheet shall be fixed on the top of the table. 8 Nos trianguler wooden bracket of size 25mmx100mmshall be fixed at the junction of legs with top rails. 25mm PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the table. Polish & Finish: All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Tabe computer(FD/E6/MAP/03): Description: Overall size shall be all as shown on drgs. 18 MM thick prelaminated MDF board of exterior grade shall be used in manufacturing of top, shelves, drawers, tray. The frame of table shall be of 25MM square pipe of wall thickness not lss than 1.6mm. The top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading. The legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 guage. Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front sides only and another end shall be closed with wleded sheet. The drawers shall be provided with telescopic channel 300mm long.The nylon buffers legs shall also be provided in the bottom of legs. Polish & Finish: All wood surface shall be Melamine polished with high gloss finish. rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH SMALL STEEL (FD-1032): Description : Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Channel base should be made of 1mm thick MS sheet and shall be welded up to full depth of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Front shutters shall have two leaves. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Lock & Handle : A recessed type steel locking device, as approved by GE, shall be provided to the front shutter. Make of Lock: Link / Godrej / Harrison. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated in dual shade (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curingcoat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. ALMIRAH MAP STEEL (FD-1030): Description : Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. Four legs shall be of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm angle iron legs 150 mm high over which angle iron 40 mm x 30 mm x 4 mm frame shall be provided al round in short and long sides to hold drawers. Top, bottom, sides and back shall be made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Six drawers made of 1 mm thick MS sheet with sliding channel shall be provided over one another as shown on drawing. Ball bearing in the sliding channel shall be provided as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Standard PVC recessed handles, two on each drawer, shall be provided as shown on drawing. Lock & Handle : A locking device shall be provided in such a way that no drwer is openable after the drawer is locked. Make of Lock: Link / Godrej / Harrison. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated in dual shade (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curingcoat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Three shelves, equally spaced making four compartments, made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided in one half towards left hand side. One top shelf on right hand side shall be provided matchhing with top shelf shall. A hanging rod be provided with 20mmdia chormium plated steel conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.25mm and shall have sockets at both ends. Front shutters shall have two leaves. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Lock & Handle : A recessed type steel locking device, as approved by GE, shall be provided to the front shutter. CHARPY WITH HARDTOP (FD/MAP-II/01)- Description : Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 guage MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx1.6mm welded to long and short rails as shown on drg. Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx1.6mm shall be provided on equal distance between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx1.6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx1.6mm shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick BWR plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt. PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each legs. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Make of Plywood: Archidply / Century / Green Ply. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated in dual shade (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curingcoat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. BOOK CASE STEEL(FD-1028) & (FD-1028A): Description: Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. All sheets of back, sides, bottom, top, shelves and doors shall be of 1 mm thick MS Sheet. The book case shall be provided with four compartments of equal size. The shutters of each compartment shall open towards top and slide into the depth of the book case. Transparent glass 4mm thick shall be provided to front shutters. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. Lock & Handle: Two steel handles of 100 mm long as approved by and GE, shall be provided to each shutter of the compartment. The lock with duplicate key as approved by GE shall be provided to each compartment and each shutter shall be provided with decorative key plate. Make of Lock: Link / Godrej / Harrison. Finish & Paint:All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated in dual shade (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curingcoat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. BOARD NOTICE(FD-1042): Description: Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. Prelaminated exterior grade MDF board frame of with 6mm hick MDF edging all-round on front view shall be provided as shown on drawing, 19mm thick soft wood board shall be fixed in side the frame over which best quality green baize cloth shall be fixed as shown on drawing. Aluminum flat of 63mm x 3.25mm shall be provided al-round at the back of the board. On front side 22mm x 10mm aluminum channel shall be provided in side of particle board frame to house 4mm thick glass shutter. Rest all as per drg.

Chair CB w/o arms stable visitor(TP): Description: Visitor chair w/o arms frame shall be made MS pipe of 30mm dia & 1.6mm thickness. Padded with polyurethane foam seat and back shall be covered with black leatherite fabric. Chair height should be 800 mm. Seat depth x width x height should be 430mm x 400mm x 460mm. Backrest width x height should be 430mm x 350mm. Make: Harkut or Equivalent as approved.

Chair Visitor(TP): Description: Visitor chair with arms, frame and arm shall be made SS pipe of 30 mm dia & 1.6 mm thickness.Padded with polyurethane foam and backrest made of mesh with support of injection moulded polypropylene. Chair height should be 950 mm. Seat depth x width x height should be 350mm x 470mm x 400mm. Backrest width x height should be 450mm x 500mm. Lengthxwidth of arm should be 250mm x 50mm. Rest all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cabinet Filing(FD-397): Description: - Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. MS sheet 1mm thick shall be provided for top, shelves, Leg, Back, Sides & front door etc. The cabinet shall consist of 4 drawers. Each drawers shall be provided with ball slides,anti tilt & anti rebound mechanism. All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shallbe done in accordance with standard specifications. Lock & Handle: Each drawer shall be provided with 10 lever lock with duplicate keys as approved by GE and shall be provided with decorative key plate. Each drawer shall have one SS handle 100mm long as approved by and GE. Make of Lock: Link / Godrej / Harrison. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated in dual shade (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curingcoat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Chair multi seater stainless steel set of 3(TP): Description:- Overall size of chair multi seater stainless steel (Set of 3) Depth x width x height should be 620mm x 1740mm x 78mm. Make: Nilkamal Italia Metal or Equivalent as approved.

Pad Lock GI 4 lever 40 mm(TP): Description:- Pad lock GI 4 lever 40 mm with three Keys Make: Godrej / Harrison / Link.

Side rack with tray steel(FD-1023): Description: Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. Four mild steel angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 3 mm shall be provided as legs and shall be 810mm high. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curingcoat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rack six tier steel(FD-1038): Description:-Overall size shall be all as shown on drawing Four angle iron verticals of 40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm shall be provided to all four corners of the rack. 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet shall be fixed inside the angle iron at back, sides, top and bottom. The bottom sheet of rack shall be at 100mm from bottom of angle iron. Five shelves of mild steel sheet 1.25 mm shal be provided making six equal compartments. Front of top, bottom and shelves shall be bent downwards to 25 mm and again bent inside up to 10 mm and welded to angle iron. Mild steel sheet 75 mm x 75 mm and 3 mm thick cut to shape as shown on drawing shall be provided at front top and bottom corners of rack. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated in dual shade (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curingcoat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Stool Steel type-II(TP): Description: Steel stool with cushioned back rest. Over all size should be of length 300 mm x width 300 mm x Hight 510 mm. Frame work of mild steel of CRCA, Փ25 mm 18 guage mounted on 4 rubber shoe. Backrest of CRCA mild steel, fitted to the main frame at height of 300 mm from the top. Upholstered cushioned seat Փ 350 mm top to be fitted with machine screw. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated ( colour as approved by GE ) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curing coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab. Rest all directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stool Steel type-I(TP): Description:Tubular tripod steel construction with mild steel of Փ25 mm 18 guage fitted with rubber shoe. Height adjustment facility from 450 mm to 680 mm by screw mechanism . Stainless steel revolving top of 300 mm dia. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curingcoat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Trestle store Room steel(FD-1043): Description: Overall size shall be all as shown on drgs. Two long angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of mild steel 1980 mm long shall be provided 520 mm apart at bottom cannected with 50 mm x3mm iron bracing, four in numbers and equally spaced with 50mmx50mmx6mm iron. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curing coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. The test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through NABL accredited Lab. Rest all as per drgs and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table Pantry(FD-1020): Description: Overall size shall be all as shown on drgs. Legs shall be four in numbers. Legs shall be of 25mm square mild steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness. All steel sheet used for drawers and side overing of drawer and for support of drawer shall be of mild steel and 1mm nominal thick. Top of table shall be 25mm thick Kotah stone slab in one piece duly plain finished on both side and polished surface on top and chemfered corners. Legs shall be provided with hard rubber/PVC toes at bottom. Finish & Paint: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated in dual shade (colour as approved by GE) in three stages i.e. surface preparation, coating application, and heat curingcoat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.
