Earth work excavation in ordinary soil in embankments, roads etc within 50 mtrs initial lead and 1.5 mtrs initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtrs in depth alongwith proper compaction by PRR including hire & running charges of PRR including mechanical carriage of 5km and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including the cost, conveyance, royalty, all other taxes and labour charges etc complete

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including the cost, conveyance, royalty, all other taxes and labour charges etc complete

RCC works of 1:1.5:3 with 12mm & down grade black hard granite chips (crusher broken) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beds where necessary including cost of all materials (excluding cost of TOR steel) and cost of all labour with T&P required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cutting, bending, binding and laying the grill of approved dia and placing in position of TOR steel (IS 7686:2000) for RCC works and using binding wire 18 to 20 gauge including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete for foundation, plinth band and footings, bases of columns, mass concrete, precast slabs.
