M&L machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cemenmt slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick screed bed/backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including grinding, polishing, rounding edge etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 105x60 mm single rebates pressed steel frame chowkat 1.25mm thick for doors with one rebates including necessary fixing lugs hinges lock strike plattes etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Iind class hard wood 35mm thick Factory made plain framed panelled shutter any number of panels of timber flate on both sides, with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered partical board with commercial veneering on both faces the size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (Part-I) klin seasoned and chemically pressed treated complete all as specified and directed.
