General overhauling of Hot Water Generators Along with allied Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance Works to Central Heating System at Govt. Chest Disease Hospital Srinagar.

Opening of Thermax Make AMW04 Hot Water Generator. Dismounting of the burner gun assembly, removing the front plate coil from it by employing chain pulley block. The job involves thoroughly removing soot and carbon deposits from shell and coil by using wire brush, scrapers and blower etc. The inside of the coil shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of de-scaling compound, sulphuric acid powder of Thermax Make (approx.25Kg) and water continuously for 24hr with the help of pump while maintaining a PH of 1-2. The solution is to be circulated from tank/ barrel/trays.All consumable items viz. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth etc. required shall be provided by the executing agency. The HWG shall then be reassembled, tested and commissioned after overhauling. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts, bolts etc. as required. The tools and tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor.

Complete descaling/cleaning of Radiators of various capacities at Govt CD Hospital Srinagar by dismantling of same by using skilled labours. The job further includes providing and fitting of damaged control valves, cleaning and washing of surface internally as well as externally by using detergent, water and kerosene/diesel. The Radiators are to be descaled by circulating a solution of cleaning agent powder of thermax (Maxclean) make and water of required strength continuously for 01 hour or more with the help of pump so that the working pH is achieved (pH between 1 to 2). The solution is to be circulated from tank/barrel/tray (to be circulated by contractor), brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosine oil, dhoti cloth, litmus paperrequired shall be arranged and provided by the contractor ..The job further includes testing of same for any leakage

Servicing of 5 HP feed water pump by way of removing/dismantling of the pump assembly followed by checking of impeller, diffuser rings, bushes, bearing, and mechanical water seal for complete water leakage seal. The job includes replacement of diffuser rings, and mechanical water seal bythe firm. The pump/s should be reassembled and sealed back with packing’s for mounting into the central heating circuitry followed by testing and commissioning..

Servicing of 10 HP circulation water pump/s by way of removing/ dismantling of the pump assembly followed by checking of impeller, diffuser rings, bushes,bearing, and mechanical water seal for complete water leakage seal. The job includes replacement of diffuser rings, bushes bearing, and mechanical water seal by the firm. The pump/s should be reassembled and sealed back with packings for mounting into the central heating circuitry followed by testing and commissioning.

Servicing of FCU's of various capacities/sizes installed atvarious locations, by using skilled labours and technicians. The Job includes dismantling of indoor unit filters and cleaning it thereof and removing of dust and dirt from the outdoor unit by way of spraying suitable chemical agent.The Job further includes checking all parameters of working andsetting them as per requirement TheJobfurtherincludes assembling and reinstalling back all the items removed from the unit.TheJobalsoincludestesting the performance of the FCU unit on load.. All the tools and tackles required at site shall be arranged by the firm.
