PAINTING TO CERTAIN LOCATIONS OF RUNWAY DISPERSAL AND LINK REPAIR TO DRAIN AND CLEANING GRASS CUTTING BERMS REPAIRS REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF DTGM AND SIGN BOARD AT AF STN JAMMU UNDER GE AF JAMMU

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for any position, location etc all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work old size with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint ( White & Black) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, euuillateral triangle, without any attachment Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rolled sections as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A) etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for bottom Wheel (for Signal tee) of size 100mm x 40mm with necessary arrangements like ball bearing, mild steel plates, nuts, roatating 360 degree etc. for fixing the wheel complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of syenthatic enmel paint (Yellow, Red & any approved colour approverd by Users), over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of existing painted/unpainted surfaces on Runway, Dispersal & Links (painting lines, dashes, arrows, threshold, touchdown point, designation letters etc) of pavements with compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI, coir, wire brushes to remove all loose dirt, dust, grease spots or any foreign materials etc, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying a coat of water based (water thin able) acrylic road marking paint (Black/white/ golden yellow/ orange) the approved shade and pattern with black colour, border strips on either sides of other colours marking, complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) The Black strips on either side of other colour paint line, arrows letter, dashes shall be measured combined width wise for the purpose of calculating the area of painting. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of supply and fixing of masking tape to protect pavement surface for spilled out of paint and removal & disposal of the same from MOD land. (iii) Painting to be carried out three times or more as per requirement in a year (measurement will be carried out each time separately). (iv) "No Claim" shall be quoted by contractor if even is stopage of work, due to air craft coming and going. (v) Site availability shall be as per User's /site requirement any time in working hours.

Cleaning of soil/silt, shrubs & other waste from the drain (shoulders of 18 end to 36 end) and the surface throughly for free flow of rain water and removal of drain cleaning material to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5.00 Km and depositing out of MOD area where at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) "No Claim" shall be quoted by contractor if even is stopage of work, due to air craft coming and going. (ii) Site availability shall be as per User's /site requirement any time in working hours.

M&L for remove & replacing (manually/mechanically) of drain cover at the time of drain cleaning etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Cleaning will be paid under relevant item No-11) Note :-(i) "No Claim" shall be quoted by contractor if even is stopage of work, due to air craft coming and going. (ii) Site availability shall be as per User's /site requirement any time in working hours.

M & L for grass cutting upto zero level along the pavement shoulders, around sign board and DTGM by Mechanically/manually and daily cutting grass removed in out side of MoD land at contractor is own arrangement at location or to be burn of with fire controlled complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Since the work is a safety requirement for Air Field. The entire quantity is to be executed in the 11 month period. (ii) Four No's labours & grass cutting machine (including petrol) are required in every day of the contract period except Sunday/Holiday. Otherwise market rate will be recovered from contractor for not deploying of labours and grass cutting maching (with petrol). (iii) "No Claim" shall be quoted by contractor if even is stopage of work, due to air craft coming and going. (iv) Site availability shall be as per User's /site requirement any time in working hours.

M & L for complete removal of existing treated surfaces of rigid pavement and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
